Re: Teen Wolf -- "Second Chance at First Line" -- 6/06/11
I watched both episodes back to back. Not as bad as I thought it would be, but still not a great show.

Episode 3 of 12 Promo: <iframe width="640" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/ZEsgkLogcrI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Made it through 2 episodes and so far, it's okay. I like some elements of it and the arc it's set up. I think what hurts this show is it's B movie leveal production and unknown actors. |
Re: Teen Wolf -- "Pack Mentality" -- 6/13/11
Man this show feels way too much vampire diaries/twlight etc
I prefer the original movie which was a comedy |
Re: Teen Wolf -- "Pack Mentality" -- 6/13/11
I caught up with all three episodes over the weekend. I must say...it's not bad. It got better with each succeeding episode.

I think if your a fan of The Vampire Diaries on The CW, this is a good, but lower budget Werewolf companion to it. |
Re: Teen Wolf -- "Magic Bullet" -- 6/20/11
Saw there was no thread for the 6/27 episode "The Tell". Not surprised since this thread didn't get any replies.
Unfortunate because this show is actually quite decent -- I'm enjoying it more than The Vampire Diaries. Jeff Davis (creator) recently did a write-up in EW about how to re-imagine the story. I can't find it online, but was a good read. |
Re: Teen Wolf -- "Magic Bullet" -- 6/20/11
I'm posting to agreed that it's actually pretty good. People should tune in.

Re: Teen Wolf -- "Magic Bullet" -- 6/20/11
For purely entertainment value, yes I am enjoying Teen Wolf more than TVD. Is TVD a higher quality show? Yes, probably. I think I just like the added gore that TW brings and the fact that there have been a couple scenes that were genuinely scary -- no small accomplishment for a scripted drama.

Re: Teen Wolf -- "Magic Bullet" -- 6/20/11
Vampire Diaries is the most tightly plotted show on television today. Teen Wolf is light summer fun, but not in the same league.

Synopsis: Spoiler:
Episode 12 of 12 In case you didn't already know, this was renewed for a 2nd season for next summer. I know this show has gotten mostly ignored/lukewarm responses here, but it's the final episode and for me it was surprisingly good. |
Re: Teen Wolf -- Season Finale -- "Code Breaker" -- 8/15/11
It got a lot better...
Looks like 2 people will be killed tonight. Hope it won't be any of the hot girls. |
Re: Teen Wolf -- Season Finale -- "Code Breaker" -- 8/15/11
I've really enjoyed this show -- I plan to watch the finale at some point this week.
|
Re: Teen Wolf -- Season Finale -- "Code Breaker" -- 8/15/11
Some clunky CGI at the end but I'm not going to nit pick. This show was better than it had any right to be. They announced that it got picked up for season 2 after the episode.

Re: Teen Wolf -- Season Finale -- "Code Breaker" -- 8/15/11
This is a weird show. I really enjoyed it even though I have no idea what the hell is going on most of the time.
|
Re: Teen Wolf -- Season Finale -- "Code Breaker" -- 8/15/11
An okay finale, though much of it seemed very predictable. I was surprised they offed the aunt character.
|
Re: Teen Wolf -- Season Finale -- "Code Breaker" -- 8/15/11
As a fan of the original film I honestly had no idea what to expect with this show, except that it was on MTV. But every week I was surprised by how good this show was, eventhough it didn't necessarily deserve to be so engrossing...
The finale was easily one of the best episodes of the season. I liked that there was a small amount of closure, with a hint of what will happen in season 2. |
Teen Wolf -- Season Premiere -- "Omega" -- 6/03/12

Synopsis: Spoiler:
Remember this show from last summer? Premieres tonight at 11pm. With the really late start time and Game of Thrones being on, I know hardly anyone here will stay up late for this. It took my awhile to get into it last summer, but I kind of enjoyed this show. Episode 2 will air tomorrow night at 10pm in it's regular timeslot. Re: Teen Wolf -- Season Premiere -- "Omega" -- 6/03/12
This was a pleasant surprise last summer. Looking forward to its sophomore season.

Re: Teen Wolf -- Season Premiere -- "Omega" -- 6/03/12
I haven't watched this episode yet, but I did a quick week long marathon of the show's first season since my niece told me about the show. I was pretty meh at first but it turned out to be a really good show although it was kind of tough to understand what was going on since I was blasting through the episodes one right after the other not thinking too much about it. I was expecting a fluffy dramatic show but the story can get pretty diverse and intense.

Re: Teen Wolf -- Season Premiere -- "Omega" -- 6/03/12
I am hoping for some kind of draw between Scott and Lydia since it would create lots of drama between both Scott/Allison and Scott/Styles.
Jackson is a total dick and wish they would somehow throw some Borax on his leviathon like ass. Funny to see Gramps get all upset over the death of his daughter when she burned a house full of people. |
