Haven't seen a thread on this series in a while. I just finished watching season one last week via Netflix streaming and love it.

Yup, pretty weak episode.

I am inclined to agree-more so about the show itself than just this episode. There is no direction at all and watching it is becoming a bit tedious. It's not terribly unenjoyable most weeks, but it just leaves me with a "ehh..big fucking deal" feeling.

I have not seen this ep., but I thought the one two weeks ago was hilarious.

Damn, Showtime has gone downhill for me big time. First Brotherhood ended, then Weeds overdosed, now Californication has fucked itself. It's a chore to sit through the show any more, when all I want to do is punch Hank in face. Him and Nancy would be a perfect fit for each other.

Here's looking at you, Dexter and Tudors, to keep Showtime from drowning.
