Yup, the original song would have definitely been the opposite of what Will wanted, but by changing just one word, it worked perfectly.

I didn't know she said, "You're the babies daddy."
I still don't see how it's not messed up.
She's okay with Quinn lying to Finn to make him think it's his baby when it's not.
She admits that Quinn chose Finn, despite it being Puck's child.
Puck needs to accept that Quinn is choosing to lie about the babies father?
Puck messed up Quinn's life? Mercedes is not privy to how it happened, so why would she accuse him of messing up her life, when normally it's a mutual act?

You say that as if a man has any real rights or say when he knocks up a chick.

She's not saying accept the lie itself, but accept that Quinn has chosen a father for her baby
I think when she said he "messed up her life", she was referring to the simple fact that Puck got her pregnant
They may not know every little detail about each other, and sometimes they act without knowing all the facts, but they're trying.

Puck, in his own way, is hurting, there's no doubt about that. He may be a bit of a smarmy douchebag, but I think he really cares about Quinn, and he wants to do the right thing, he's just not completely sure how to go about it. He is who he is, and he's going to have to do some changing before he can win over Quinn. Quinn cares about Puck, too. You can see it in the way she looks at him from time to time. Not wanting to say the show is predictable in any way, but I really believe they're going to wind up together in the end. Or maybe not. This show is constantly surprising me at every turn.
With the whole Puck/Quinn/Finn thing, like I said before, they're young, and with youth comes fickleness. You think you're head over heels in love with someone, but someone comes along who just blows you away in a whole new way, and it's incredibly easy to forget about what you loved about the first person in the first place. Sometimes it's not so easy, and that's the kind of things they're dealing with here.
People lie, or just "hold the truth back" for whatever reason, no matter whether we're high school kids or seasoned adults out in the world. We feel the reason or reasons are for the best, especially when we're trying to protect someone. A lot of times that backfires, and only more hurt results. But that's life. Those are the lessons we learn when we're trying to figure out who we are, and how we deal with what life throws at us.
That's what going on with the kids of the Glee Club right now.

I agree, the whole situation is definitely messed up, and it's affecting lots of people in less than good ways. But your initial statements made it seem like there was some evil intent to purposely deceive everyone involved for no good reason, and I just think that's putting a bit too much into the interpretation of the whole scenario.
That said the show just gets better.
I'm happy that Rachel got a chance to be playful and actually smile instead of being mopey.
I also thought that the Pepper angle was going to turn into A VERY SERIOUS EPISODE of GLEE, especially with that background music. Pleasant surprise.

Really like the way they handle the "previously on Glee" bit at the opening of each episode. No nonsense, narrated and only the relevant parts. Kinda like the way a friend would quickly fill you in. Nice.

I waited the whole episode for Kurt to sing his song to Finn.
At least we know what the song was going to be and Finn got the message anyway, but I really wanted to see it done in song.

I was hoping the Quinn pregnancy secret was going to go on for a while, because I kept wondering how she intended to keep it from her parents, especially in the last trimester.

I still find it ridiculous especially these days that a kid would fall for getting a girl pregnant in a hottub without penetration. Forget glee club, Finn needs to sign up for sex education classes.
And I hope those two don't get married. I mean really...they will be Finn and Quinn as a couple.

Can pregnancy occur if ejaculation takes place in water? It is not likely that tiny sperm could travel through the vast area of water that would fill a pool, bath tub or hot tub to reach the vagina and result in pregnancy. If ejaculation occurred in plain warm water, sperm could survive for a few minutes. If ejaculation occurs in very hot water, or water filled with pool chemicals, bubbles or other substances, sperm would not be able to survive for more than a few seconds. Pregnancy occurring from this is very unlikely and in most cases is not possible at all.

I think Finn has a small clue about it, considering he tried to tell her dad "We didn't even have sex". Finn's problem is he just simply doesn't think Quinn could possibly have been with someone else, so if she's pregnant, it has to be his. He's uneducated in these matters, and he's trusting in what Quinn wants him to believe, to the point of gullibility.
