They usually are. So both idols may find their way back into the game.

Agreed. The first episode this season that didn't bore me.

The mind of Shambro is a very scary, dark place....

I don't think they will be because they have merged, there is no more exile for clues to them now.

I love every episode a soiled boxer-brief wearing Russell is in.

Maybe not.

I'd love to see some stats on how frequently the stronger tribe intends to pick off the weaker tribe at a merge only to decide to first get rid of some of their own annoying people first. That could just be the break Foa Foa has been waiting for.

In the history of the show 4 of the 18 previous seasons winners were on the tribe on the outside. Of those 4 only JT from last season was in a position where the tribe with the numbers off the bat started to cannibalize itself.

The only other situations besides last season where a tribe with numbers targetted itself first was when Lex's tribe was up 6-4 and he randomly targeted a challenge threat @ f10 and then after that tribal council threw a tantrum because someone gave him a vote and he targetted former tribemate Kelly and they lost their numbers and it became 4-4 .But then the other tribe fractured themselves and they got the numbers back to be the f4. And it happened in Pulau when Koror was up 8-1 at the merge they decided to vote off annoying Coby @ F9 and wait until F8 to vote Stephanie who lasted until the F7 because Janu quit at F8.

Please tell me that you look that kind of stuff up or that you've kept incredible notes, because I barely remember last season.

I know it has nothing to do with the game but I wish they would stop blatantly editing the challenges so that it appears the last person to go wins. That's clearly not what's happening and the dubs are lazy and infuriating, at least to me.

Wow, bravo dude. I would be tickled pink if I found out you either knew that off the top of your head or you searched through 100's of hand written notebooks you have lining your shelves.

How is that clear? Often, everyone seems quite surprised and you can see Jeff saying what the number is to beat. It appears to be pretty straight-forward to me.

I completly missed Jeff mentioning the jury starting already, that is quite a number of folks to have on the jury. Do we know for sure that this will be a final 2? (and yes I prefer final 2, it seems like when there was a final 3 it was always a final 2 with a 3rd person whom no one on the jury would vote for anyway)

Pretty sure this is a final 3, from the info I've seen out there. I prefer the final 2 also, there's only been one final 3 where everyone in the final 3 had a vote to win (China, 4-2-1).

I would be it would be a final 3 since that would leave 9 on the jury (they seem to prefer an odd number on the jury to prevent a tie...though I guess with three you could still have a tie!).

I still can't get over how poorly Russel played the game this episode. He's done great so far... guess he isn't playing perfectly after all.
