Re: White Collar -- Summer Finale -- "Vested Interest" -- 9/18/12
Thought this would be the best place to put it. This is the trailer for Jeff Eastin, the creator of White Collar, new show Graceland. Premieres on USA next summer:

Re: White Collar -- Summer Finale -- "Vested Interest" -- 9/18/12
Seemed odd to promo a new show that's not going to air for another 9 months at least. I mean I'd get it if White Collar was done, but it'll be back in January.
Unfortunately, this new show doesn't look very good. Also, I don't think anyone was surprised by the end of this episode. |
Re: White Collar -- Summer Finale -- "Vested Interest" -- 9/18/12
Fantastic finale. I have to admit the show is growing tiresome for me as of late. It's becoming background noise while I surf the net, but man, what an episode. Good stuff. And yeah, the big shocking cliffhanger was not really shocking at all.

Re: White Collar -- Summer Finale -- "Vested Interest" -- 9/18/12
Finally caught this and agree it was (a) good and (b) not a huge surprise (but still kinda cool). Be interesting to see where they go next with it~

Re: White Collar -- Summer Finale -- "Vested Interest" -- 9/18/12
I just watched this last night as well.
Good episode, but the big reveal that Sam was Neal's Dad was not a surprise in the slightest bit. It should add an interesting dynamic for the rest of the season. BTW, it was good to see Gloria Votsis as Alex again in the previous episode. She looked really hot in that short black skirt. I like her alot. She's a good non-threatening adversary to Neal. |
White Collar -- "Family Business" -- 1/22/13
<img src="http://imageshack.us/a/img845/4679/whitecollarv.jpg" alt="Image Hosted by ImageShack.us"/>
Synopsis: Neal targets an Irish mobster involved in counterfeiting whiskey and attempts to uncover the truth about his father's crime. Episode 11 of 16 Guest starring: Treat Williams Sprague Grayden |
Re: White Collar -- "Family Business" -- 1/22/13
Hopefully I can catch the replay. UVerse crapped out halfway thru the show.

Re: White Collar -- "Family Business" -- 1/22/13
Sh*t - had cancelled the season pass after a marathon clogged up the DVR and completely missed this. Hopefully USA repeats over the weekend as I don't want to wait for on demand.

White Collar -- "Brass Tracks" -- 1/29/13
<img src="http://imageshack.us/a/img845/4679/whitecollarv.jpg" alt="Image Hosted by ImageShack.us"/>
Synopsis: Peter and Neal look into Senator Pratt's ties to corrupt cops who framed Neal's father. Their investigation also leads them to a real-estate developer running a kickback scheme. Episode 12 of 16 Guest starring: Peter Scolari Titus Welliver Reed Diamond |
Re: White Collar -- "Brass Tracks" -- 1/29/13
Looks like the Senator will be the foe for the rest of the season.
I liked Scolari as the Keymaster. Fun to see someone from Mozzie's world. Also nice to see Jones getting wise to Mozzie's misdirection. Is James Rebhorn (he plays the agent who was forced to retire) off the show for good? I like him, but he was never used very much. So who will be the new head of the unit? Peter? Or someone who clashes with Peter, to provide some conflict? |
Re: White Collar -- "Brass Tracks" -- 1/29/13
Good episode. Sad to see it end. I like the direction this season is headed. Good to see the man in black in a new recurring role.

Re: White Collar -- "Brass Tracks" -- 1/29/13
Sometimes I get tired of the "Wah! Neal lied straight to my face!" schtick that Peter goes on every now and then. So much for their renewed trust.

White Collar -- "Empire City" -- 2/05/13
<img src="http://imageshack.us/a/img845/4679/whitecollarv.jpg" alt="Image Hosted by ImageShack.us"/>
Synopsis: A forgery and money-laundering case has links to jazz and taxicabs. Episode 13 of 16 |
Re: White Collar -- "Empire City" -- 2/05/13
Watching this now. Nice to see them utilizing Diahann Carroll (June) more in this episode. I noticed that Tim DeKay (Peter) directed this one.
Was that Bill Bellamy playing the older (honest) brother? |
White Collar -- Season Finale -- "In the Wind" -- 3/05/13
Season 4, Episode 16
Episode Synopsis: In the Season 4 finale, the guys are almost able to retrieve the evidence box from the Empire State Building, but their efforts are impeded by Senator Pratt, who hired FBI agents to find the box first. Original Air Date: Mar 5, 2013 Guest Cast Emily Procter: Amanda Callaway Titus Welliver: Terrence Pratt Diahann Carroll: June Returns this summer. Jeff Eastin also has a new show called "Graceland" which will premiere this summer on USA. Don't be surprised if it gets paired up with White Collar. |
Re: White Collar -- Season Finale -- "In the Wind" -- 3/05/13
Check that. I haven't watched the episode yet, but USA is moving White Collar to Fall.
I have to assume that Jeff Eastin is busy with Graceland and that will take the place of White Collar this summer. |
Re: White Collar -- Season Finale -- "In the Wind" -- 3/05/13
Great episode if a bit predictable in regards to James. The twist
Spoiler:
I'm gonna miss Sarah. Her and Neal are great together. I thought they were going to make the proposal official. |
Re: White Collar -- Season Finale -- "In the Wind" -- 3/05/13
Its a shame this has to wait until fall. The previews of Graceland don't look remotely original or interesting. But then again it does have Serinda Swan in it...
|
Re: White Collar -- Season Finale -- "In the Wind" -- 3/05/13
The dirigible was cool.
I'll miss Sarah, too. She made a good pair with Neal. The whole thing at the end with James shooting Pratt and Peter picking up the gun and firing a warning shot was too contrived. |
Re: White Collar -- Season Finale -- "In the Wind" -- 3/05/13
Maybe we can get some more Alex with Sarah being gone.

White Collar -- Season Premiere -- "At What Price" -- 10/17/13
https://scontent-b-lax.xx.fbcdn.net/...98658791_n.jpg
Synopsis: In the Season 5 opener, Neal makes a dangerous deal to help clear Peter's name after he is accused of playing a role in Sen. Pratt's death. 16 episode 5th season Moved to the Fall because Jeff Eastin's new show Graceland took over in the summer. Eastin worked on both shows simultaneously. |
Re: White Collar -- Season Premiere -- "At What Price" -- 10/17/13
 I enjoyed the season premiere.
Wow, can't believe they brought back Hagen. We haven't seen him since the Pilot episode. Now he has Neal in the palm of his hands. At least Peter is out of jail, but you could see he's suspicious of the circumstances. I do think the show works best when their is some level of distrust between them. I have to wonder how much Treat Williams got paid for that voiceover. :D If you're wondering, Marsha Thomason was indeed pregnant. She had her baby in the summer. Surprised they wrote it in. Even though Peter is now the boss of White Collar, I've always felt like he was the leader of the group already. |
Re: White Collar -- Season Premiere -- "At What Price" -- 10/17/13
I wonder if they will go the Bones route and give Neal a series of handlers. That could be fun.
|
Re: White Collar -- Season Premiere -- "At What Price" -- 10/17/13
I also noticed that Bomer and DeKay got Producer credits.
I know DeKay directs episodes, but I guess they are giving Bomer more involvement creatively. And of course I know it's a contract thing for most actors once a show reaches X number of seasons. |
