I answered because my daughter (who has gone nuts over Dora at 20 months) was watching it while I was filling out my answers. I figured it was surely Mexico. It turns out I was wrong. It's set in an intentionally unidentifiable pan-latin nation per the creators based on the best info I have found in the past couple days. |
