Although I liked the season premiere, I'm glad House's stay in the psychiatric hospital didn't get dragged out for weeks on end (which I was afraid would occur based on the season previews). So with the show returning to Princeton‑Plainsboro hospital, I'm definitely looking forward to tonight's episode!

Damn! I just read this sucky news today. Read what's in this SPOILER only if you want your day potentially ruined...
(And if anyone wants to post more about this, please remember to SPOILER-ize it.)

Thought this was a really good episode.
Those computer graphics were freaking cool. I wonder how much the show had to spend for them.
House taking the cooking class with Wilson and staying up all night cooking Gnocchi's and Ragu Spaghetti sauce was great.
Loved the line House said to the Chinese Woman about Cuddy and the "Missionary" position.
^^ I've always thought Cuddy looked good in her loose blouses and tight skirts.
And yes, I was dying when Taub was on floor playing the video games.
I forgot how it was phrased, but the line about the patient's joystick being up was pretty damn funny.
From a plot and character standpoint, I actually liked that this episode gave Omar Epps and Olivia Wilde something substantial to do.
Definitely looking forward to next week. I had to chuckle in the preview when Chase, Cameron and Foreman appeared in his office and House blurted out..."Oh Wow it's 3 years ago again"

This was one of the funniest episodes of the entire series. House and Wilson always bring the funny when they're outside the hospital environment, so having them as roomies again helps. The House/Cuddy/Cooking Lady scene was brilliant, and even Taub got in on the humor.
The graphics for the "game" were very well done. It at least looked like they put a lot of money into it.
Line of the night for me was "My godson made me that mug."

I thought it was funny that House actually solved the case but no one, aside from his psychiatrist, knew it.
And what exactly was that food that House gave Thirteen? Was it ragu sauce injected into a partially cooked egg yolk?
(BTW, "ragu" is the proper Italian cooking name for a meat-based sauce. I'm pretty sure House was making it from scratch - the best way to do it - and not using the store-bought brand that appropriated the name "Ragu" for itself.)

Good episode. They needed a snarky "House" type in the hospital so they cast the patient into this role... however I found myself thinking "how would House handle this guy?"

Good episode. A little surprised they disposed of the two remaining team members so quickly. As for the other casting change - might be nice to know WHY!

If Taub sticks around, it'll be funny to see him grovel for his job back when House is back da house, and have Foreman give him the stink-eye.

Ooops...Your right, House was making the sauce from scratch. I've eaten so much Ragu spaghetti sauce in my lifetime that It's one of the things that I just associated with Spaghetti sauce.
Nah, Thirteen and Taub are definitely not gone.

Man, this ep was pretty boring when House wasn't on screen. It's a testament that Laurie can carry 2 hours in a psych hospital all by himself (with new characters), but the established characters of the hospital are yawn-inducing with House there to add the spice. It was still a good episode, but that was mainly due to House and Wilson, not the case.
