From when Richard Hatch tried to get his own continuation of the series off the ground. In typical Hatch fashion, he is the focal point of the series.

Might have been cool for its day, but I doubt it would have held a candle to the recent series.

Crap, that played more like a satire or spoof than a real show. I was shocked to see copyright 1999 at the end. It looked more like 1979. Thank goodness it didn't get made. It would have killed BSG forever and we would not have gotten the great series.

I heard that Hatch had a script he was trying to get off the ground, but I never knew anything about it getting far enough to shoot a concept trailer for it.

I kinda liked it. It seemed very true to the original.

I think we can be certain of two things from that trailer
1) the show would have been pure garbage
2) and it would have frequently featured Richard Hatch running away from explosions

And just as bad.
