Poor Conan. It's bad enough he's getting beat by Letterman and Nightline on a nightly basis, it can't get any better when Leno comes back with the news sandwiched in between.

I for one, am glad Leno is back. I've only been watching Craig Ferguson since Leno left and the 10 o'clock timeslot is perfect. I'll get my late night fix in early and youtube Craig the next day. Maybe I'll be more productive at work.

I will probably check out at least the 1st episode, but I'm not going to watch this 5 days a week.

I never thought I'd see something like this in primetime again, but NBC realized they made a huge mistake by getting rid of Leno in favor of Conan.

They had to do something to keep Leno from going to ABC or FOX so they shelled out $30 million a year for him to do this.

I think this will get very good ratings. I may tune in now and again but I will mostly still just watch Conan.;

Same here, but then again I don't watch any of the late night talk shows 5 nights a week either. I usually don't sweat it too much if I miss an episode and if I find out I missed a great moment/interview, there are always clips online to catch me up online.

And the "big" shows this is up against never interested me, so I'm good with what he's going up against.

And Medium, and everything else at 10 pm. I enjoy The Dan Band's apperances in Old School and Hangover but this bit is going on way too long.

I don't care what anyone else thinks. I'm glad Leno has this new show, and I'm glad Conan has the Tonight Show spot. I can finally watch both of them, when I want, and not have to stay up until 1:30. Works for me!

I hated to see Leno go anyway, I actually like his stuff most of the time.

As someone who's not a regular watcher of late-night shows, but had the potential to be roped in, I watched about half of this (up until the Obama "interview" was done) and thought, "This is the best they can come up with for a premiere?" You would think they'd put in some effort. I guess I just don't like Leno's humour at all.

I hope the ratings for this are good enough they decide to bump him up an hour and move Conan to this spot. Then i can completely ignore NBC pretty much all year.

My thought as well. I actually felt this was worse than an average episode of Leno's Tonight Show... and I wasn't a fan of that show. The Jerry interview barely touched on the Curb reunion, what a waste.

The Obama 'interview' was a complete mess, just embarrassing. The Cheaters segment seemed like Jay was trying to go for a Conan-style bit and missed completely.
