The Super Hero Squad Show starting September 19th on Cartoon Network

Just saw this on Wikipedia and it sounds like a kid versions of the Marvel super hero universe. Instead of fighting for the Infinity Gauntlet they'll be fighting for the Infinity Sword. It looks similar to the Batman: Brave and the Bold with the amount of characters that are involved.

I hate any show where a "teenz" versions of an established character is used.

Note that real teen superheros (like The Runaways) are AOK in my book.

And from the title I thought it was going to be a 15-minute Adult Swim type show making fun of superheroes.

Ray Stevenson as the Punisher is funny. It'd odd they picked that character for a kiddy-show but left off Daredevil.

I like how the Buffyverse is represented by Michelle Trachtenberg as Valkyrie and James Marsters as Mister Fantastic.

I don't think the characters are kids, the show is a kid friendly version of superheroes in the marvel universe.

This was on yesterday. It is kind of cute but I hate the voices. Little kids will probably dig it but I'm not sure adults will unlike something like the new transformers, kids next door, or kim possible.

My kids are already hooked but they've been collecting the toys since way before the TV show was planned.
