Did you all see the Wild Wild West episode this past Friday? I was laughing out loud when the Sheriff got trampled by horses and he told just Gus to just bite down on his big toe. And also when Shawn shot at one of the tourists. All in all another solid episode.

Last episode was hilarious. Loved the exorcist shots/scenes and I nearly fell down laughing with that cheek to cheek Sean and Gus picture. Im gonna see if my buddy will do that with me for shits and giggle

That was very funny, especially Shawn's expression! I haven't been that impressed with this season thus far, and I've never been a fan of the eerier episodes of the show. I've also noticed more recently that Shawn is treating Gus like a buffoon. I wish they'd allow Gus to solve a case or two. But Shawn going on and on about how Gus is wrong from the start of the show was annoying me.

Slightly o/t, but I noticed in this episode that Shawn's shirt was buttoned down quite a bit and I saw what looked like part of a huge scar on his chest. I heard rumors about it on another site, but I never noticed it until this week's episode.

Just watched the last few episodes and enjoyed them. Not great, but quite good.

I agree that they should throw a bone to Gus and the others every now and then and not show Shawn as so infallible when it comes to solving the crimes.

I don't get that vibe at all. I've watched interview of him and he seems like a nice guy. And The Mentalist is one of my favorite shows, almost as good as Psych imo.

We watched the Exorcist ep yesterday, wife never saw the movie, so that particular plot line left her cold. Some great bits, Shawn imitating Gus, etc, but the funniest thing was Shawn's dad getting hooked on Grand Theft Auto. When he came out of his bedroom drunk with his police shirt on and the game gun stuck in his shorts, I just about lost it.

just so many great throwaway lines in every episode. For some reason, this exchange left me dying with laughter (paraphrased):

"Does your daughter know any foreign languages?"
"Yes, french"
"Boo Yah, I knew it"
"Shawn, she was speaking German"

and Roday/Shawn's impression of Hill/Gus was priceless.

Never heard that Roday had a pace. I havent even noticed a scar. I know hes from my city and I hope I didnt cause it that night we got in a fight and I kicked him in the chest.
