The Office ended it's season 1 1/2 months ago. It won't be back until September.
You could always check the HBO site for the other 2 shows. There is also a sticky at the top of the forum with a summer shows schedule.

Since you're posting in the TV forum and not the DVD forum, I assume you're talking about new episodes on TV. For The Office and Curb, that'll be in the fall. Entourage starts sometime this month.
But since you're new here, you might be asking about DVD releases, in which case, I'd point you to Google, Amazon, or this site for release dates, since I don't know release dates for those off the top of my head.
