It wasn't. Maybe it was syndicated to your CBS affiliate. Growing up, I definitely remember it being broadcast on my ABC affiliate at 7 pm ET on Saturdays (which was an hour before network programming began).

House of Payne has been upgraded to a correct answer.

Sweet...since I spend all day at work with these sheep games, it's appropriate that a trade publication at my job helped me get an answer right. Television Weekly was saturated with hideous "House of Payne" ads a couple years ago.

Only one answer for Angel? I figured that would be top 3. I'm also guessing now that almost everyone else picked one of two popular shows.

What the fuck series was this? I couldn't find any reference to it.

I really hope my answer isn't the top one. Do that many people really know about Barnabas Collins?

Me too. I was going to put Scrubs but I thought that would get shot down.

For the lost world:

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World is a syndicated television series loosely based on the 1912 novel by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, The Lost World.

And in case you are questioning the name, it goes both ways:
