It's already been fixed. I'm just a grouch.

As an impartial bystander who's still miffed he didn't get to play, I say The Simpsons, The Simpsons Game, and The Simpsons Arcade Game are all different!

How does Buffy, seemingly the greatest show in the history of TV, get no other votes?

Damn!

"Simpsons Game" with the "The" can only refer to "The Simpsons Game"

"The Simpsons" without the "Game" can refer to "The Simpsons Game", "The Simpsons Arcade Game", and maybe a few others.

Just remember - you've now set a precedent. Matches must be 100% precise.

I would vote to count it differently if it makes you feel any better

It doesn't have to be 100% precise, it just has to be 100% definitive what you mean. "The Simpsons" without the "Game" can refer to at least two different games, and probably more.

Nope. "The Simpsons" is too generic to match to anything more specific than that.

He said an answer with "The" wouldn't be a match to one w/o "The." That tells me it has to be 100% precise - no interpretation allowed.

Pray tell, Red Dog. How can "Simpsons Game" be a match with "The Simpsons Game"? Which video game based on the animated television series The Simpsons does "Simpsons Game" refer to?
