Your favorite ONE-SHOT "Seinfeld" guest star
This can go for a two-shot, but surely no more than a three-shot guest appearance on the 10+ year old Seinfeld.
Off the top of my head, mine would have to be Michael Chikilis (The Shield), mainly because his character was just so bizarre - even for "Seinfeld."
Chikilis is the husband of a friend, and Seinfeld and Co stay over his house one weekend. Fast forward, and Chikilis is in New York, and needs a place to hang his hat for a few hours, so he remembers Seinfeld and stops over. Jerry is on his way out somewhere, so he tells Chikilis to just hang out, make himself at home, and leaves.
When Jerry returns, Chikilis is ducking out on a prostitute he refuses to pay, and leaves the problem with Jerry. All the while, Chikilis is just grinning, laughing, having a grand ole time, not a care in the world.

Jarrad Paul ...Kramer's intern, Darin, for his company 'Kramerica Industries' in "The Voice".
just thought it was an overall great episode and the interactions between him and Kramer were very funny. One of the best lines of all came from this episode when he and Kramer were about to drop the ball of oil out of George's work building window and hit Jerry's girlfriend who they made up the voice of her stomach: "Hellooooo, La la la":
Kramer: You know Darin, if you would have told me twenty-five years ago that some day I’d be standing here about to solve the world's energy problems, I would’ve said you’re crazy. Now let’s push this giant ball of oil out the window.

I had this conversation with another Seinfeld addict, but with the condition that he or she could only appear in one episode, including the final one. Makes it much harder. Decided on Jean-Paul Jean-Paul.

Thing is, Izzy Mandelbaum, Mulva (Delores) and the gay couple who took Elaine's hutch / got on Kramer's case about the ribbon weren't one-shot appearances.
Jean-Paul Jean-Paul was indeed an awesome bastard.
