Re: 'Pitchmen' on Discovery

The tribute show was nice. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm really going to miss Billy Mays.

I didn't get any indication that the Pitchman show was done. They seemed to skirt around the issue. Not that I expected them to say "Next Season On Pitchman....". But there was no reference to the "final episode" or being unable to continue without Billy.

Also near the beginning of the show they said something like "this will be the last season of Pitchmen with Billy Mays..." or something.

I thought the tribute show was a bit much. The end montage of the last episode said enough.

Well I hope so.

On the other hand, it could be a great Wow Demo for the "What Odor?" spray.

Has anyone watched Season 2?
About 7-10 episodes have aired and while not as interesting
as season 1 it has still bbeen a fun show to watch.

Sully has Been using Kennedy as is partner for most of the season.

Re: 'Pitchmen' on Discovery

I have no idea who Kennedy is and what qualifies her to do this job. From what I was able to gather, she works for MTV or something?

I'm glad that they are finally airing the rest of Season 2. While most of the stuff is junk, it's still interesting seeing everything that they have to go through to get it on air.

She's an on-air talent? I've never heard of her either.

You've never heard of Kennedy? She was on MTV in the 90's and I believe she had her own radio show after she left MTV.

WTF? Kennedy of all people is involved in this now? All I remember is vague bits from the 90's, glasses, and hosting Friend or Foe.

Not to mention being the least talented VJ ever, and that's saying something.

Re: 'Pitchmen' on Discovery

I had no idea this show was back, but I used to have a crush on Kennedy back in her MTV days.
