Bea was an incredibly talented woman. She was also extremely funny. She was one hell of a lady, and I am sad to read that she has passed on. The Golden Girls is my all time favorite show, and I am thankful to be able to watch it to always remind me of the brilliant talent of all the ladies on that show. It's so sad that both Estelle Getty and Bea Arthur are gone. Yes, they had a great run, but, it's still very sad. Thank you for being a friend, Bea. Rest In Peace.

Possibly the best comic actress the world had ever seen. For me, no one surpassed her impeccable timing. Her dry wit has brought many a smile to my face over the years. You had one helluva great run, Bea.

This is very sad news. I grew up watching Maude and The Golden Girls in syndication. She's a large part of my childhood. I have all The Golden Girls DVDs and it's just such a hilarious show. Maude was absolutely hilarious and I can watch both shows over and over again. Bea was one of the best comedic actresses TV has ever seen.
