I really don't like the time limit on answering questions. In the early ones it's okay, but it really sucks the drama out of the show (which was its defining factor and the one that made it worth watching).

The time limit was really annoying tonight. I wanted to figure out the Obama first presidential election voting question but I can't do math in my head that fast. I know his age and would have figured it out but it was just too quick.

That time limit is totally killing it for me. Very annoying.

I hope I wasn't the only one yelling at my TV with the girl that was on tonight. She already used 2 lifelines and she's only at $1,000. Who doesn't know that a nickel is thicker than a quarter??

Ouch - the ratings on the Wiki page don't look good. I'm guessing this commemorative revival will be it for awhile. What a shame, I only like watching the show with Regis.

Tonight's guy had the question of which Supreme Court justice has 9 children. Fortunately, the celebrity lifeline was Cokie Roberts, although I think she didn't understand that she was there to give the answer. :lol:

my audio sucked tonight.. the show sounded muffled, when commercials would come on.. it went all loud.

the timeclock was annoying.. and i thought the the nickel question was a trick question.. i was wondering why it was giving her a hard time.

The thing that annoys me MOST about the timer is it starts after Regis reads the question and is running while he rattles off the answers. There are times Regis flubs up reading the answers and takes too long to read them, and the majority of the contestants are going to wait to answer until he's done. The timer really should start after the answers are read.

That was the saddest moment on Millionaire I've ever seen. It was first sad that anybody would need to use a life line on that and it was very sad that the so-called expert couldn't figure it out either. Pathetically sad. I was actually surprised the guy got it when one life line guessed C and the other guessed D...I thought for sure he'd pick those two on the double dip and be done.

Needing a help on the "bromance" question is about as annoying as the Tarzana question. Bromance...gee, if I hadn't seen too many movies, I would be willing to bet the bank on I Love You, MAN. When people do stupid stuff like this (and the Asian nickle lady yesterday) I want to see them fail miserably and quickly.

I agree with that. I don't mind the time limit too much though. It eliminates a lot of the "I know this answer because...blah blah blah" that used to plague the show.

I love the clock for that very reason. I don't need to hear a story for every question about how someone's Great Uncle George was a logger so therefore they obviously know there's a maple leaf on the Canadian flag.

So what's the deal with the questions this week? There's a lot of the really awful ones. That Jack London J.Lo celebrity name one for instance. I quit watching the daytime version because the time changed, is that really the way the show is now?

They should probably just do away with the first few questions anyway, and just start with the $1000 question.

I like that right before she said it one of the crowd (which there obviously was at the phone a friend's house) could be heard saying "It's Idaho" in the background. Then, as a parting gift, after she bounces Regis says something along the lines of "That's too bad, because I think she knew it was Idaho until her "friend" told her Wyoming."

I like the timer, but they should start it when Regis finishes reading the question and the 4 answers.
