It is definitely a wig. The wife and I just happened to watch this last night and you could really tell it in HD. Look at the parts that are glued on right above the sideburns.

And as much as I hated Saved By the Bell when it was originally on, this reunion thing is pretty funny. Him coming completely in character as Zack, talking to the camera, winking at it, stopping time...pretty good stuff even for an old hater like me.

I couldn't get away from this show when it was originally on because my little sister watched it all the time. It was so dumb I would end up watching various episodes but still declaring my hate for it. Kinda like New Kids On The Block.

I have to admit that I will likely look for the reunion when it happens. I know my wife was digging it.

Aside from being a little more tanned in the face, the guy looks absolutely no different. Hell, he doesn't even look like he's put on any weight since the show ended, and after so many years that's pretty damn impressive.

At the same time, it's not like he's had nothing to do, with a lot of different TV shows and a long-running NYPD Blue role. I hope that season 2 of "Raising The Bar" isn't delayed too long here in Canada since it started last night in the U.S. If it's like season 1, it won't be here for about a year or so.

I wouldn't say he was irrelevant... after all he did almost blow the first "time out" sequence by almost bursting out in laughter when he was supposed to be frozen.

That was a great bit. MPG is a really good sport for going through with this. It was good to see them go the whole 9 yards with it too. They pretty much mentioned every big SBTB moment. They even played Friends Forever!

Only thing they could have done to give it that extra flavor was to have MPG say that Jessie was "Excited. So excited. And so scared."

i said earlier in this thread that i could care less about a reunion. now if they did it like they did with zack it would be cool. if its just all of them on the couch being their real selves than i still think its lame.
the zack bit was awesome. its the only good thing ive seen on that god awful jimmy fallon show. then again i quit watching after the second week when watching the trainwreck became less entertaining and more of a chore.

Look at the pic of him playing guitar. You can almost see the glue shimmering around the edges. Check the sideburn area and back area.

I don't think that's glue you're looking at... I think it's the temp. hair color.
