Wasn't he #2 after the guy under the boat.
Was the guy under the boat officially found yet. I remember the guys pulling at the "seaweed" under the boat, but not actually discovering the body yet. Hopefully they don't try an obvious mislead like the guy who didn't show up is assumed to be the guy under the boat, but actually turns out to be the killer all along, but wasn't suspected because we thought he was dead.

That would just suck. Damn I have a bad feeling this is gonna be it though!
