Most reality TV nowadays is scripted TV. They call it "assisted" reality, I believe. It becomes obvious on shows like Hogan or the Kiss show. It's painful..

I won't be watching, as I think every reality show is complete garbage. This sounds like more of the same.
I could see a spin off of this show already. Invite back the fired workers in a new series ... "World's Deadliest Workplace Shootings."

Pitiful idea but it will be a hit because audiences love to see other people's misery.
