huh? Didn't he quit last week? Even if the title is refering to his last two weeks, why would he not getting along with this guy be the focus of the episode?

is anyone noticing that nbc is completely out of sync? I just watched my name is earl and the sound was completely out of sync and now the repeat of office is too, It better be fixed by the time the new one is on.

I like the callback to Prince Paper, but that was still a lackluster episode even with this payoff.

Yeah, there are a number of ways I could see them playing this. If I had to guess, I'm thinking Michael will be successful enough that he hurts the D-M business and they buy him out to bring him back.

What a whopper of a move Pam. And with Jim on thin ice with Stringer Bell, I fear for their finances if Jim loses his job.

Monster.com... singular

I suppose Pam went with Michael because she felt sorry for him and knew he'd never be able to start a company on his own. But it seems like she's basically quitting her own job for that.

Nope, I don't think Pam quit for Michael at all. I think Pam has always been a bit impulsive and has clearly always loathed her job on some level. I think she did this for Pam. If it doesn't work out, I think she can replace that job.

Didn't care much for the very slow episode, but the payoff at the end with Pam was golden. Can't wait to see how this develops. And glad to see in the previews that

I loved Stringer Bell's line about him having his way with women or something to that extent

Yes! Great one liner.
