Synopsis:



Anyone think it was very odd that Chuck and NBC's entire Monday night lineup took a week off last week? Anyways, this is episode 17. 5 more to go. It looks like April 27th will be the season finale.

They probably didn't want to compete with basketball.

And not get hit with May sweeps.

Saw an interview with Awesome indicating that the rest of this season will set up the show for S3 to take a much different path (if it's picked back up). While I'd be extermely upset if this was cancelled, at a minimum I'd like a resolution to the story and our characters.

I love the signs at the Beverly Hills Buy More.

Jeff's office does look pretty awesome.

For such an awesome computer, it looks pretty bulky/heavy. I would have expected something thinner.

a pretty good episode that i think, sets up the rest of the season. our stupid affiliate had the audio synced wrong so nothing lined up for the entire hour.

I liked the stake out in the Buy More. reminded me of Three Stooges.

I loved the Fulcrum agent asking his handlers if they needed anything at the Buy More.

The picture of Morgan on his mom's nightstand was priceless.

Good episode as usual, only gripe... no real good/hot Yvonne photos.

Another solid episode I hope this gets gets picked up for season 3.

That was creepy.

I really hope they show Chuck's spy training. That could take up an entire season.

I'm guessing that is the 'game changer' they keep referring to for a [potential] season 3. Not necessarily Chuck training, but Chuck going neutral and not working for the government. With the General making it clear that she doesn't want the intersect out of Chuck's head, that seems to be where this is heading. Chuck takes the training and then turns on the government, which means he would be working against Casey & possibly Sarah.

I mentioned that to my wife last night, too.

I've got hope NBC will renew it. Everything else for their potential fall season looks like crap. I don't think Southland will survive and Kings is a goner (high production and low ratings). If I could save only 1 NBC show, it would be Chuck.

You would think Chuck could just "download" some moves and be a real spy. Why does he need to train when he could gather information just by looking at someone?

"When you buy more, you save more. And when you save more, you can buy more. And when you buy more..."

Am I the only who thinks the show is in a rut? It's the same thing every episode. Chuck wants out. He thinks he's going to get a chance. He almost makes it and then it all goes south so he has to start from scratch. Plus, the Buy More employees are really getting on my nerves. They don't even show the one employee--Anna--I'm interested in.

I can't put my finger on it, but something felt off about this episode. Maybe I feel like they're overplaying the Chuck/Sarah angle and Chuck's desire to move forward with his life? I hope the next few episodes can bring back a certain Chuckness that I think I missed. Maybe it was the lack of real personal moments between Chuck and Sarah? Whenever they aren't being honest with each other things feel awkward.

I did like bringing the general out into the field - that was certainly a nice touch.

How funny was Jeff and Lester figuring out the other "burglars" weren't each other?
