"Gone Maggie Gone"
Spoiler:
When Homer leaves Maggie on the doorstep of a convent to keep her safe as he rescues Santa's Little Helper from a sticky situation, the nuns at the convent take Maggie in. Lisa comes up with a plan to infiltrate the convent and rescue Maggie. After deciphering a series of cryptic messages at the convent, Lisa sets off to find Springfield's most coveted jewel and gets a little help from an ancient order of mystery buffs led by Comic Book Guy and Principal Skinner. I thought Burns was a Stonecutter. And there was the group of WWII (or was it WWI?) soldiers he and Grampa were the last remaining members. Of how many secret societies is he a member?

They went back to the short opening credits.

Ancient order of history buffs.

Mr. Burns, Skinner, and comic book guy were good. The rest, meh.

He's a member of any group if they can make a joke out of it. Just like Grandpa is president of the Gay & Lesbian Alliance for some reason.

Great episode. A real high-point. Season 19 and 20 have been the best since Season 9. I had some real "LOL" moments in this one.

Enjoyable episode but I think for me it's has to do with me watching it on HD. I think it makes a huge difference now.

That is what I thought it when the rowboat showed up, when he mentioned it as a problem I had an outloud "You gotta be fucking kidding me" moment

That puzzle always pissed me off.

i'm thinking the same thing. don't know what it is, but since the show went HD it seems to be quite a bit better creatively.
