Wow!
That Brother and Sister Duo.
He is a total ass!
What a condescending jerk!
I hope for their sake, he apologized and they just didn't air it.. because if he couldn't do at least that, they're in big trouble.

Tammy and Victor got a really bad break at the beginning and then a real lucky break at the end. All told they broke even. I'm not ready to demonize Victor quite yet though. He screwed up. It happens. How they move past this is the key.
Pretty obvious early on who was going home. That's the whole thing about seperating from the other teams. It's just not really worth it unless you have to gamble late in the race. Even if you do gain an advantage, the race will always bunch you back up eventually, even when it works fantastically well (Charla and Mirna in "all-stars" had a 24 hour lead bunched backwards on them.)

Really tough break for the old couple. They seemed like they could have done decently.

When the lawyers/siblings checked in as 2nd last, it was still daylight out.
The old couple did the coffin challenge in the dark.
Since it was an elimination round, why didn't Phil go and stop them, and tell them they were last and going home, instead of making them bust their asses for no reason?

Victor is the biggest pussy who has ever graced the Amazing Race. To totally discount anything his sister Tammy said during that final task was pretty pathetic. It's unfortunate that they are brother and sister, because after the race she should drop his ass as fast as possible.
He couldn't even admit (editing?) that he was wrong. At the end he said he wasn't upset and then he didn't even apologize to his sister for his stupid, insensitve behavior towards her.
And he cried when he realized that he was a stupid, foolish person for taking them miles out of their way and he couldn't even say he was sorry.
Tammy doesn't deserve a partner like that. Though, she looked great during the gymnastics trial, even though she was pretty much a klutsch. But at least she tried her best.
The beginning part was pretty interesting where they showed some of what was going to happen tonight. That may have been a first.

They booked a flight to Romania with a connection through Amsterdam that left 2 hours earlier but had a really tight connection. At best, it would have given them a 1 1/2-2 hour lead over the group aboard the 9:30pm flight. Their flight got delayed and they missed their connection, hence they ended up almost a day behind everyone else because their were no more flights leaving. They had to wait until 9:15 the next morning.

Which beyond the fact you shouldn't separate youself from the pack this early in the race, considering it was nighttime, it was extremely stupid to do a flight with a connection (particuarly a tight one) since there likely won't be anymore flights the rest of the day if you miss it for whatever reason. Stick with the non-stops.

Plus, there is a very good chance that arriving in the middle of the night is gonna bunch everyone up anyway as they usually have to wait until the morning for certain tasks, so gaining an hour or so on a flight doesn't do much.

I figured that there was going to be a closed/open at 8 am (or something like that) sign at the gymnastics hall since it was rather late.

Good episode. Ugh! Victor really got on my nerves. I hope he will now let Tammy make some decisions.

I was sure there would be a sign at the gym saying come back at 8, but it sure looked like there was no equaliser. Tammy and Victor were unlucky as they had a massive lead.
They left at 1015am, and the last team left at 242pm. 4.5 hours head start.
And he was a massive tool in the coffin thing. But a lot of guys can be like that with directions.
