I'm just going to repeat what a lot of other people have said...
Really flat episode. I can't stand Ellen as a character (which is a testament to the actor's skill...) so that's probably colored my impressions. She just dominated the episode with her selfish whining, pettiness, shameless manipulation and passive aggressiveness. You just want to smack her which doesn't make for an enjoyable hour of TV.
Adama just stood around drinking and glaring at the Cylon goop with a worried expression. Most of the Cylons are becoming increasingly one-dimensional. Tyrol's character made no effing sense. Tigh's the only worthwhile character. Etc, Etc.

While last week's ep managed to be engaging while still basically being an info-dump story, this one was a "put the pieces into position on the board" episode that didn't quite grab me. This close to the end, I'm going to hope it's part of the buildup to the very last bit of the story arc.
Tigh breaking down in Adama's arms was pretty moving though, esp. since I had wanted to name my firstborn Liam.

There was no motivation for this whatsoever. Tyrol loves the Galactica almost as much as the Old Man, and has proven this over and over and over and then all of the sudden he asks to leave? Out of nowhere? Made no sense other than to force the Tigh drama. Still made no sense.

I don't know. I thought Ellen coming back on board, Anders getting brain activity, the baby dying, the strong move to leave the humans, and the return of head six were important. Some of those things might be meaningless. Anders might never wake but Ellen coming back has already caused waves. I wonder if the fact she screwed half the ship will be brought up.

I actually liked this episode, though.
The Tigh/Adama moments were gold throughout. Oh, and I did like the whole, "I feel it less when I say it" line, since it's true.
Baltar...eh. Mediocre, but I do know why he would want to help people after being such a giant douche.
Baby drama sucked.
I don't know why Ellen went from being such a force of great hope to such a dipshit bitch. She SHOULD be spending her time telling the other Final Cylons all about their history and such, since she was almost lobotomized. Passing on that knowledge may be useful, ya know.
If Earth was all Cylon, why did they recall All Along The Watchtower? Badass rendition, by the way. Wish I could find a digital copy or album without all the talking.

Can't say much more than whats been said above: flat, un-engaging & out of character episode. This ones definitley limping towards the finish line.
