I always thought there would be a new game for the new season. I've got 31 active bets now, some of which contradict things that have happened. Plus, by the end of the series, winning $20 if they don't show a dharma logo will be pretty sad.

Yeah, another reason why bets should be for only the current episode.

I have a couple of ideas for plays, which I'll send later (I'm trying to think of more).

I like the idea of having 20 new bets to choose from next week.

I agree that the game should end with the season finale and that next season, all bets should be for the current episode only. I think it's been a big pain to review old plays just to see if I won a few dollars on something that I picked 2 months ago.

Need some ideas for plays. I'm going to have a lot of "[Major character] dies" plays but there's still going to be 20!

LOST Game — Final Week for This Season

You have $100,000 to spend between these predictions. You can bet on any number of predictions. Any unused money from this week is lost. As I mentioned before, as the totals start getting up there, I'm going to increase each week's play money. This week's is especially high because it counts as two episodes.

This week, "Previously on Lost" counts towards all previous prediction.

Predictions are in this format:

{Number} Prediction (Odds)

Notes: All the following "dies" questions (as well as the island one) go by Jin-on-the-freighter rules. That is, if it is made to appear that they have died/etc. without any direct clue that they are alive, it counts. If {108} happens, take into account where people are to calculate {101}-{107}.

* {101}-{107} count double IF both people die and/or cease to exist. If Juliet, Kate, and Sawyer (but not Jack) all seem to die in the wake of the atom bomb explosion vaporizing the submarine, then {103} pays twice and {101} pays once.

{101} Jack and/or Kate dies or ceases to exist. (20:1)*
{102} Sun and/or Jin dies or ceases to exist. (16:1)*
{103} Sawyer and/or Juliet dies or ceases to exist. (18:1)*
{104} Miles and/or Hurley dies or ceases to exist.(17:1*)
{105} Ben and/or Locke dies or ceases to exist. (19:1)*
{106} Jacob and/or Richard dies or ceases to exist. (15:1)*
{107} Charles Widmore and/or Sayid dies or ceases to exist. (14:1)*
{108} The island completely explodes, disappears or ceases to exist. (25:1)
{109} One or more characters that went back to the 70s return to the present. (10:1)
{100} One or more characters from the present go back to the 70s. (10:1)
{111} Miles mentions Encino. (8:1)
{112} Claire and Aaron are reunited. (26:1)
{113} Desmond says the word "brother". (7:1)
{114} Jacob turns out to be one of the Oceanic 815 survivors.(13:1)
{115} Some sort of explosive is used (dynamite, C4, atom bomb, etc.). (4:1)
{116} Someone utters the phrase "Live together, die alone." (5:1)
{117} Hurley does not say the word, "Dude." (9:1)
{118} At least one <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Characters_of_Lost">major character</a> leaves the island. (3:1)
{119} We are shown Penny's researchers (or some of their colleagues) that we saw at the end of Season 2. (14:1)
{120} No <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Characters_of_Lost">major character</a> dies, disappears, or leaves the island. (50:1)
{121} This episode features a flash-forward (beyond the timeline we know). (4:1)
{122} This episode features a flash-back (aside from the island in the 70s, natch). (5:1)
{123} This episode features neither flash-forward nor a flash-back. (8:1)
{124} A character meets its doppelganger, clone, or time-traveling self. (22:1)
{125} Aside from Dharma, the Others, and the Losties, we're shown an entirely new group that has existed on the island this whole time. (23:1)
