Not sure what he's promoting but he ranks as one of my fave talk show guest ever. I've never seen him do a bad interview.

Watching that interview again for like the 100th time, it's still the funniest post-Carson talk show segment ever.

Hyperbole, it's in its 8th unfortunate season now. Apparently it has been canned but everytime I hear that it gets renewed.

Edit: In the end, it wasn't canned, Belushi quit ->

He's performing at the Improv in Tempe, AZ next month. My department at work has decided that we should have quarterly get-togethers outside of work, and I think this is were we're going.

I just need to convince a couple of thiem to see Norm MacDonald instead of Charlie Murphy and I'll be all set.

That Norm-Conan interview is hilarious. I can watch it over and over.

I saw him on the Bob Saget roast and he absolutely bombed with a bunch of canned old jokes, but some observers found the routine brilliantly irreverent.

I thought he was the best part of the roast. If you didn't get what he was doing, you don't get him.

I didn't find it funny, nor did anyone present there. I understand he was trying to do sort of an "anti-roast", but it was way too dry for such an occasion.

What the hell is he moving on to do K-9 3? The Principal 2?

I saw him at the Improv here in Houston a few months ago. He was funny at times, but the guy went on so long(approaching 2 hours) that they actually flashed the lights at the stage to make him stop. It was Thursday night and I guess the 8 PM show was the only one scheduled, but he clearly was winging it as there was no flow to his jokes and stories. Looooooooong pauses where he was thinking of what to say next.

I'm not bashing Norm. I think the guy's brilliant and one of the best talk show guests of all-time. And he did sign my Billy Madison HD-DVD. But his standup(at least that night) was unpolished to say the least.

I just saw that the other guest is Gordon Ramsey...hopefully Norm sticks around for the whole show...this could be really good
