The show has become ridiculous, but I just can't stop watching. Here's who I think is "in on it" or in some other way a bad guy:

-Young guy at FBI
-Tony
-Maybe chief of staff

Of course I had a problem with it. It was beyond dumb and contrived. But I like the actor playing him, so I'm glad he's still around. 24 is a bad male soap opera, and it seems like this season they are not even worrying about that (which is a good idea on their part).

The ridiculous part about the terrorist and the girlfriend reminds me of the plot of My Super-Ex Girlfriend. Super criminal (as opposed to superhero) with the world looking to find him tries to carry on a relationship with an unsuspecting girlfriend. Hijinx ensue.
