Yea for some reason on mine it shows first aired 12/03/2008 but I do not recall seeing it before. This and the FNL issues are annoying.

Ned Beatty should get an Emmy nod for his small but very effective role.
Good episode, it really showed that Cutter not only wants to get justice, but get it honorably.

Do lower court judges have more permanent clerks? That was my question watching this episode. If she was so concerned about her career, you'd figure that she would basically have him sign a glowing recommendation letter particularly since she seemed quite competent.
Connie was looking quite fetching in this episode. I liked the jealousy banter between her and Cutter.

Dare I say it, but I think I like Connie more than Claire Kincaid.

Not sure why I remembered this this morning, but I can't get these seven words out of my head:
"Left hand and a bowl of water."
"Left hand and a bowl of water."
