Good news....
Question: Pushing Daisies was just wonderful last week. It left me smiling until I remembered there are very few episodes left. Cheer me up with some positive scoop. -- Myra
Ausiello: This should do the trick: We're getting closure, dammit! The series finale will no longer end on a cliffhanger, as I previously reported. Through the magic of post-production, Bryan Fuller and his team managed to tack on a completely new beginning and ending to the episode. "We're doing a lot of work in post to shape it so that it is satisfying for the audience," Fuller tells me. BTW, rumor has it ABC may burn off air Daisies' final three episodes on one night in early January. (Episode 9 airs tonight and 10 next week.)

I was apathetic to the cancellation when I first heard about it, but the past four eps have been golden.

Kids had a piano recital tonight, so I'll have to catch up on ABC.com tomorrow.
Sad I missed it, but hey... it's my kids.

I loved the episode, and I LOVED Olive working with Emerson. She was born to play that character.

It was more like a chest to groin bump.

"Dick Van Dyke that ass!"
Such a great episode, best one since the 1st season IMO. Just makes me all the more pissed off that ABC is canning the best show on their network by far.

Well PCHS was the springboard into the entire investigation.

I just checked IMDB and saw that KC is 4'11" and CMcB is 6'4 1/2". The cameraman must have been cursing the writers through the filming of this episode.
I just caught up on this series the last few weeks and I'm pissed that it's going off the air soon. This can't last 2 full seasons and crap like According to Jim is still on in it's 8th season?

That was fun.
I loved Mary Kay Place. She's always so good in her roles.

Great episode tonight. Part of me is still wishing for a miracle to happen, but I know that ship has sailed.

Good news about the post-production work on the series finale. I wonder if that means Fuller no longer has plans for future movies and comics.

Yep that's it. Thanks.
On another note, put me in the camp that lost interest in this show at the start of this season but has been pulled back in. Looking forward to the conclusion (not that I'm happy it's ending) and hoping for a happy ending for Chuck and Ned.

If they at least have a satisfying conclusion to the story, that would make me happy. As opposed to, say, Now and Then, or Eli Stone. Are they giving the Eli Stone folks the chance have a conclusion story?
