ER: 1/4 "Let It Snow"
Will this kid, Alex ever cut a break?
I mean, he's what? 17 yrs old and has been through more anguish than
anyone I know.
Deadbeat Father
Father takes over the Er and takes hostages.
His mother is raped by father
His mother kills his father
He's responsible for setting his apartment on fire and is sent to Military School
And now he's in the Er after a car crash and had to have his chest cut open and may not make it!
Am I forgetting anything?
How much more can this kid endure?
I thought for a minute that Banfield was going to start singing
"Proud Mary"
I guess she and Morris are now bonded forever.
Speaking of Morris, I forgot that he has a decent singing voice.

Yeah, I was waitin' for a Tina moment as well. I wonder if any of that performance footage will end up online (within the show) to embarrass her. Or make her more human (real) to the staff.

How reallistic it is that family members of trauma victims are allowed to remain in the trauma room? On this show, the ER staff rarely makes family members leave the room while they rip open their loved one's chest, etc. And how realistic is it that Sam would be allowed to treat her son after she recognized him? Aren't there rules about this stuff?
