House -- "Lucky Thirteen" -- 10/21/08

House

Synopsis:

Spoiler:

A woman with whom Thirteen had a one-night stand has a seizure at Thirteen's apartment, prompting intense curiosity (both professional and otherwise) about the women's personal lives from House and Foreman. Adding to the intrigue: Thirteen discovers why the woman wanted to sleep with her. Meanwhile, Lucas (Michael Weston) continues to snoop on Wilson.

I say dump Taub and 13, keep Kal Pen, and bring back Chase and Cameron. Bah.

I just don't like either of them. Good eye candy, sure, but I find Jennifer Morrison 1000x better looking than Olivia Wilde (and a much better actress).

I think Dr. Hadley (13) has grown on me somewhat even though she started out as a really boring character. Last season, I was so against them choosing her over Cutthroat Bitch. However, I am interested to see where they are taking her character.

And end that way.

Overall, not a bad episode. Call me what you wish, but I half wanted him to ACTUALLY fire thirteen and be done with her. I know she is eye candy, but she has an expiration date. Literally.

Wasn't much Taub and Kutner, but I could do without Taub. Like all of the House/Wilson/PI/Cuddy scenes, they were nice.

The House and Wilson scenes were good as was house realization about 13 and the patient.

The best line was when House referred to the patient as "13's carpet cleaner".

I loved how Wilson tried to put one over on House by putting drug needles in the garbage for the P.I. to find.

Spoiler:
Foreman helps 13 with an experimental treatment for Hutchinson's and they hook up, and there's an episode coming up that's mostly Chase and Cameron. It seems that the replacements are going to be off the show soon.

On the last shot of 13, was anyone else expecting Foreman to show up behind her? Seemed like the last scene he was going to make a move to prove he wasnt boring.

lol, i thought he was going to get after her in the locker-room, and yes, using the boring routine that he had with chase.

If only all shows would incorporate hugging, kissing, and other lesbianism.

My Tivo cut out at the scene with Wilson, Cuddy, and House. What happened after that?

She announced she had just been approved to adopt a baby, and Wilson was her character reference. House just stared, so she asked if he was going to congratulate her. He said, "If you're happy, then I'm..." and limped out of the store.
