Re. your spoiler: I don't think he would be referring to her as "Aunt Robin" if that were the case.
Interesting idea about the kids not being Ted's. Ted could then be with Robin without screwing up the storyline and Robin would be Aunt Robin to the kids. They would then have to be Barney's kids and the show is about how Ted met Barney's wife. But why would he be talking to Barney's kids about their mother? Maybe she dies?

Hmmm, the title of the show isn't "How I Met my Wife" it's HIMYM, and it's interesting to think that the kids may not be Ted's? Then the "Aunt Robin" could be the narrorator's wife.

It would be Aunt Robin as in close personal friend "aunt". Not necessarily of relation. Although it COULD be. Robin does have a sister, we met her in season 2. She was 15 and so far its the only sister we have met. Not sure if they mentioned anyone else.
This has been debated on and while its an interesting theory its probably not true. If this were true, the question would be "If Ted isn't the father, than who are the kids parents?". Well it can't be Marshall or Lily because they've went over how Ted met Lily (the mother) already. It can't be Barney or Robin because he has referred to both of them as Aunt Robin and Uncle Barney. So unless he's talking to the children of a yet to be named character (doubtful) it's his kids.
I'm still surprised how we're talking about meeting the mother. I'm sticking to my theory that there won't be any big twists in who the mother is. Whenever the series finale is we'll see Ted go up to a random girl who happens to have a yellow umbrella and he'll introduce himself and it will cut to his kids and Bob Saget will say "and kids, that is how I met your mother." The show may bring up that gimmick every so often but the show is really about the relationship of the 5 main characters.

No damn it! It's called HIMYM! Not RBTFP!
Next you're going to tell me that Lost isn't about how they get off the island. Please no Lost spoilers! I'm waiting for season 4 on DVD.

No, seriously. It's not about the mother (and never has been).
The mother is (and always has been), for the most part, a MacGuffin; a gimmick used to make a show that's ultimately just about a group of friends in their 20's stand out.
I thought the fact that they spent the first 2 seasons with Ted pining after, having a relationship with, and ultimately breaking up with a woman we were told in the very first episode wasn't the mother made that point incredibly clear, but given how almost every HIMYM thread seems to have someone complain about the lack of "mother storyline" progression, I guess not.
This isn't Lost; there is no deep, heavily serialized mystery here that's going to come together like a jigsaw puzzle. As Goat3001 pointed out, there's a chance the mother is just going to be whoever Ted is dating in the final season, with all the minimal "clues" like the yellow umbrella just thrown in the last few episodes to connect everything. Let the "mother" go, and just enjoy it for what it is already.

I always thought the show's title was a reference to a short story by Alice Munro, entitled "How I Met My Husband".
The plot according to Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/How_I_Met_My_Husband
The twist was that the whole story was about her love for this one man, and the reader assumes from the title that will be her husband. Her real husband, the mailman, isn't introduced until the very last paragraph while she waits for the other guy's letters. I always figured that this show was doing something similar, where Robin is just the winding road that gets him to the very end, where his wife will pop out of nowhere.
The plot according to Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/How_I_Met_My_Husband
The story is about a young girl, Edie, who is hired help for Dr. Peebles and his family. One afternoon while the family is away in town, she meets Chris Watters, a pilot who travels from town to town giving rides in his plane for a fee. Edie falls in love with him, but soon learns that he is engaged to another woman, Alice Kelling. One day while Alice is away on a picnic, Edie goes to Chris's camp to talk with him. He reveals to her that he plans on leaving, but promises to write her. They kiss, and he leaves town. Edie waits day after day at the mailbox for his letter, which never comes. Eventually, Edie realizes this and marries the mailman, who believed that she was waiting by the mailbox for him every day.

Although I wish they would find a way to bring her back on One tree Hill, Daneel Harris was awesome in this episode as Stella's Sister. It wasn't that hard to see this would be Stella's last episode, but why are they giving us Robin trying to break off Ted's wedding, when they have made it perfectly clear Robin is not the mother.

So what about all the equations during Barney's DaVinci Code moment? Some of them are just 69 equations. Some of them are funny and clever. Here's what I've figured out:
suit↑ - Suit Up
The hot/crazy scale we've seen before
du^12f^6 - do you want to have sex? (On the chalkboard it's "du^12f^6 w/me?")
CH3CH2OH = OHOHOH - Ethanol (alcohol) equals Oh! Oh! Oh! (or Ho Ho Ho)
36-24-36 - Women's dimensions, numerous songs, etc.
Are these from a previous episode?
relationships ≈ freeway
fish ≈ women
the "No way/gross/ew/maybe" pie chart
And these I just don't get:
83% (Edit: Looks like it might be this, search for 83%. Edit 2: nm, looks like 83 is a running Barney joke)
(↑BAC)@f:TM->BS ∪ RS (I think that's a UNION at the end)

ez=(gin+tonic)^4suit↑
There's a lot, and a lot of repeats. It's probably my favorite part of this episode.
It was an okay episode. I'm just glad Stella is finally gone (knock on wood). Let's move on.

I love Sarah Chalke, but I am happy as hell that storyline is finally over.
Daneel Harris was hot fire as Stella's sister.

Then who is the father? It can't be Barney as Ted has reffered to him as Uncle Barney numerous times.

The show is not called "How I met My Wife". It's "How I Met YOUR Mother". Now, if that whole premise is that ted is telling two kids that are NOT his kids how he met their mom, who is a firend of his... well, i just wouldn't know what to say. It would be the biggest gyp of all gyps.

Alyson Hannigan Meets Her Motherhood
Today 8:30 AM PDT by Gina Serpe
Alyson Hannigan's husband has a little less than nine months to perfect his own How I Met Your Mother story.
The sitcom star and her hubby of five years, actor Alexis Denisof, are expecting their first child together, Hannigan's rep, Megan Moss, told People.
The baby, whose gender has not been revealed, is due this spring.
Hannigan's CBS show is currently in production, though it's unclear if her pregnancy will be written into the storyline.
The 34-year-old Hannigan and the 42-year-old Denisof met when the actor joined the cast of the actress' last cult gig, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, back in 1999.
The camera-ready couple tied the knot with a three-day celebration in Palm Springs in 2003.
