I'm not really sure why we're doing a best of 2008-2009 when none of the best shows on TV have even started airing yet. The only show currently airing that I really love is One Tree Hill. The best show of last year was Breaking Bad.

Considering we are only 4-6 episodes into the new TV season, I think this is a very tough call. Some shows are only 2-3 episodes into their seasons.

I would probably say The Shield and Supernatural along with Prison Break have been consistently good.
