I can't believe they recognized Dee Synder in the restaurant, but not Mic Foley.

I think that was the first time in the American version that Gordon said something positive about a dish. That's one thing that has always bugged me. In the UK version the food isn't always utter rubbish. There might be a problem with a dish or two, but in general there's something on the menu he likes. But in the American version he hates everything.
I noticed very clearly in this episode that Gordon's wearing an earpiece, which means that the producer is off camera somewhere feeding him things to say and do. That pisses me off. And while I am getting pretty weary of how phony and doctored the whole thing is becoming, the one thing that keeps me watching is that no one is doctoring up how filthy these places are. And that needs to be exposed. |

I wonder if it was a hearing aid. |

In one clip he wanted to sell the restaurant he hated ramsey so much, in the next clip he was in love with Ramsey. This show would be good if it weren't the same pattern EVERY episode
- Everyone hates Ramsey - crappy dinner service - There's a big argument - It seems hopeless - The restaurant makeover (thanks johnnyqust) - They love Ramsey - great dinner service I'd like to see something different for a change. |
Is there anyway to see the BBC version online?

i found it funny when one of the waitresses said he was sexy for an older man. i wonder if she realizes hes only 41 since he looks like he is in his mid 50's.
