Synopsis for Monday's episode:

Spoiler:

Michael and his crew have one day to find the other five cardholders or they'll go back to prison. But Mahone is obsessed with seeking vengeance, and Michael and Linc fear that he's losing focus. Meanwhile, Wyatt (Cress Williams) has Bruce Bennett in his custody, and is using a truth serum to find the crew's whereabouts; and T-Bag finds the gateway to his new identity and his future.

Woohoo. Looking forward to this after a great season premier.

HE Pennypacker 09-08-08 04:19 PM

Only two replies as yet? This season appears to be awesome.

DJariya 09-08-08 04:32 PM

Noone really talks about the show until after it airs. I mean what else is there to say?

Can't wait!!

Yahoo!!

fumanstan 09-08-08 04:45 PM

Not quite sure about the summary of what the hitman dude is going to do, but oh well. It's Prison Break

Quack 09-08-08 04:57 PM

Bring it on, hope that guy that killed Mahones family get's whats coming to him.

firteen88 09-08-08 05:06 PM

woohoo cant wait

firteen88 09-08-08 09:04 PM

If the season premier were a 10/10, I would give this episode a 7/10. I liked the ending with Mahone and Lincoln "making up" but Michael rapaport was really annoying this episode.

Snowmaker 09-08-08 09:24 PM

This episode was too confusing. So how did that little blurry cellphone video stop Rappaport from arresting them all and wanting them to continue to get the cards?

firteen88 09-08-08 09:45 PM

Because now they know the other 5 people who have the cards. It will make getting them much easier. Once Rappaport saw that, he realized it may not be as hard as they thought to get this done so he called whomever that guy was to convinve him to continue the operation.

mhg83 09-08-08 10:01 PM

lincoln just walking in with an ax

Patman 09-08-08 11:08 PM

This episode had a little too much filler in it, but with just 5 more cards to get, and 19 episodes left, I guess we'll get a few of these filler episodes.

phantom_azazel 09-08-08 11:57 PM

meh ep

fumanstan 09-09-08 12:05 AM

I thought it was ok. I agree about the filler comment, as at the end they really didn't get anywhere further then when they started. The hitman dude portions were pretty boring, and Rappaport just seems like a douche.

DJariya 09-09-08 04:05 AM

I liked episode 3. I would probably rate it around a 7-8. There was still some very fun elements to it. Lincoln taking the axe and walking back into the building was hysterical.

I can't stand Rapaport. He's coming across more like a douche bag than a credible Homeland Security Agent.

It was cool to see the new opening credits. After last week, I was beginning to think they were going to dump it for a generic title card like most shows. I think it's still a very cool element to the show.

boogieman03 09-09-08 04:25 AM

I was laughing the way Lincoln was treating the hacker nerd.

"Shut UP"

rfduncan 09-09-08 08:09 AM

I'm glad I got caught up with the S3 episodes I missed. This season is more like "Mission: Impossible" but all the backstories of the convicts kicks everything up a notch. Definitely more fun that previous seasons.

macnorton 09-09-08 08:53 AM

Again another OK episode. I like the idea behind this season, but that bit with Self was yawn in inducing. Also I hate the hacker character, another tired and try stereotype wrapped around another tired and true stereotype. Also the hitman with Bruce was a little stale, because we all knew where it was going.

One moment I did like was that the writers were paying attention to us. The line Sara had in the tunnel, "I came back from the dead, right?" That was cool.

starseed1981 09-09-08 09:03 AM

I thought the episode was great. Still ridicoulous & over the top, but very enjoyable none the less. I'm still not too keen on Michael Rappaports character though. However, I did think it was pretty bad ass when Mahone & Linc shook hands and agreed to take the company down.

uteotw 09-09-08 09:20 AM

Did he see something on the little video besides just the five guys? Was there someone he recognized? Why did it flash back to his boss guy?

Interesting Mahone's wife is apparently still alive. I'd thought she was dead too.

Because HE is one of the five with the cards. I'm hoping Self has to go rogue himself, having to hide their operation's continuing. Now that he realizes what he is trying to do to the Company is THAT CLOSE to him, he will have to be less cavalier and more stealthy and trusting of the convicts.

mdc3000 09-09-08 09:28 AM

I took it that either his BOSS or the guy his boss was supposed to run the idea by was Company.

It can't be his boss. If it is, what is the point of the hitman trying to find where Michael and Linc are?

I found it interesting too that Alex's wife is still alive. I figure the hitman would kill his wife first and then the son, not just the son.

CPA-ESQ. 09-09-08 10:16 AM

I too thought the hitman thing was not interesting and dragged on.

Rappaport was not the right choice for the role - every line he delivers has the same inflection (he still thinks he is on War at Home)

I like the computer hacker guy - him and Linc have me

Larry C. 09-09-08 10:23 AM

Yes the start of this season has been great!!!! Can't wait for Mahone and Lincoln to get the bastards that killed his son!!!

+1, that would be sloppy on the writers part, and insulting to the audience.

As for Alex's wife, his explanation of it was plausible enough for me.

Timber 09-09-08 11:01 AM

I don't think I have ever liked Micheal Rappaport in anything and this show is no different. For the life of me I can't understand how this guy continues to get work.

gotrice487 09-09-08 11:22 AM

Can't stand Rappaport. But I definitely look forward to the new found pact between Lincoln and Mahone

+1

As soon as I saw him last week i just groaned.

Original Desmond 09-09-08 11:43 AM

another fun episode

Is this really the case? Did I totally miss them showing his boss in the meeting with the company? or are you just speculating?

So I think we can all agree that:
Michael rapaport sucks
The hitman scenes are pretty dull so far
Prison break kicks ass!!!!!!

slideways 09-09-08 11:50 AM

Nobody's commenting on Mahone getting the package? Didn't he pick up the package from where the 6 company guys were meeting?

I believe they were back to the original warehouse at that point.

uteotw 09-09-08 12:32 PM

How come in earlier seasons Bald Headed Bad Boss Man would not talk, only write, but now he yammers all the time no matter where he is?

I said that to my wife .. How convenient it was that the place he wanted them to drop off the package was the same place they were going. But if they were back at the warehouse, then that would be tremdeously stupid as it now puts yet another person (that knows where they are) in harm's way.

orderandlaw 09-09-08 04:41 PM

Rappaport. He always plays some douche bag character for the most part, and his role doesn't seem to ever change, nor his acting. He still amuses me for some reason.

Anyone else seem to think that this hour of TV goes by waaaay to quickly?

I agree that was the fastest 1 hour of TV last night. Some of the episodes last season at Sona dragged, but things have improved this season.

And just how would that be different from half of the other nonsense this show constantly feeds us? If Michael can have his tattoos removed overnight, then it's perfectly reasonable that his boss could be a card holder. It makes perfect "Prison Break Sense".

That said, I wasn't sure I'd watch this season. I enjoyed season 1, keep waiting for season 2 to get good, thought season 3 was some of the worst TV I'd ever seen and only watched out of boredom. But I'm really digging this season.

Because he is Dick Ritchie.
