Viewers are definitely tuning into this show. I just read that the show got picked up for a full season! I loved last week's episode and have been counting down for this week. A new, full season surely means more old faces popping in Beverly Hills. I don't see how Dylan would be the father of that little boy and never make an appearance! So exciting!

Uh oh, in kinda related news:
Los Angeles (E! Online) – If 90210 can do it, why not Melrose Place?
Former Melrose Place star Lisa Rinna says she's been hearing some buzz that the 1990s Aaron Spelling nighttime soap could be getting an update.
"I've heard a rumor of them bringing back the show like they did 90210," Rinna said at TV Guide's post-Emmy party. "I heard that it's somewhere at the CW."
No surprise, but Ms. Rinna would jump at the chance to reprise her role as Taylor McBride. "I would do it in a heartbeat," she said.
Melrose Place ran from 1992 to 1999. "Let's bring it on," Rinna squealed. "Melrose, 10 years later!"

I thought most of this ep was pretty damn bad... I still don't give a shit about druggie acting chick and if I have to hear "Mama who bore me" one more fucking time, I'm going to shoot my face off.

Kelly's cleavage was front and center last night.
And I appreciated that.

I'm done. Grew up watching the original "90210". This is "O.C" without the wit, or interesting characters. Not even Shannon could keep me watching. Thought the ads leading up to this promised a "Sexier" 90210.
Yeah, right.
Annalynne needs to go back to "Nip/Tuck" she was hella wicked on that.

I found AnnaLynne McCord to be slightly less irritating this episode. However, Annie (Shenae Grimes, is it?) stepped right up in her place for me. Someone needs to tell her to tone down the highly exaggerated facial expressions on almost every single line she delivers.

I really enjoyed Shenae Grimes performance on last nights show, once Brenda is gone after next week's episode I hope Nat has more of a part in future episodes.

I'm done now too. There are just too many other shows vying for attention on my DVR and this show doesn't even entertain me, even in a cheesy way. Time to start cutting the fat.
I still am enjoying "Privileged" though.

But will we ever find out if there's a connection between "Silver" and David Silver? Surely Erin's choice of nickname can't be a coincidence?
Also, surely Dixon and Annie know not to trust the structural integrity of a 4-year old condom?

Yeah, it's her last name, and David's her older half brother. The share the same father - Mel Silver, and she and Kelly share the same mother - Jakie Taylor. It must be a loooooooong time since you've watched the old show, and/or, you weren't paying much attention during the pilot episode when she explained that her name was Erin Silver, but she just went by Silver.

The only thing I remember was that Erin said "I'm Silver" but Annie could call her "Erin" but she wouldn't respond to "Erin", so to call her "Silver". I probably tuned out when they revealed her full name was "Erin Silver" later, and probably thought she was a "Taylor" after Kelly called her "Sis".

Did you miss the blow-up scene between her, Kelly, and Jackie? That should have made it plainly clear that she is Erin Silver.
