Alright the 1st couple of episodes this season IMO were terrible. So I let 9 episodes build up on the DVR and wasn't really motivated to watch them. On a whim last week, I watched 1 of them and then another etc until I got caught up with all 9 episodes over 3 days. Surprisingly IMO the season has improved alot. The only storyline that I hope they end soon is Adrianna stealing the song and being blackmailed by Victor. Her character has become so full of herself. That has been drawn out too long. I also hated Teddy as a character, but now that he's come out as gay, he's actually become a little more interesting. A little surprised that they dropped Jen and made Ryan hookup with Annie and Dixon's Mom. I thought after she dropped Jacque/Jack that she would finally get the wakeup call she needed. Anyways, I'm back on board for the 2nd half of the season. BTW, Dixon is still a douche and I still hate Annie. The British guy also sucks. I love AnnaLynne McCord (Naomi). Looking forward to tonight's Mr Cannon episode.

So how much do people want to bet Teddy will be straight again by next season? They had Adrianna become a lesbian (or bi) last season. That didn't last.

I don't know to me it seems pretty permanent. Teddy made a reference in a previous episode that he got kicked out of boarding school because he hooked up with a guy and not a girl as everyone thought he did. I never for a 2nd believed this guy was some sort of hot shot player. And there was a scene where he was in bed with some hot chick and the girl asked why he wasn't hard. And then he said..."Because your not that hot"

Also:

The kidnap scenes were way to One Tree Hill for me.

at Adrianna trying to justify stealing Javier's notebook of songs and all her public appearances to PTSD or PSTD. That talk show and watching her ship sinking was awesome.

at how weirded out Dixon was at Teddy being gay.

I did enjoy Naomi beating the shit out of Mr. Cannon.

Way over the top, but very fun nevertheless.

Did Dixon think Teddy was going to start making out with him? Odd scene at the beach.

Ugh, this was dreadful, might have been the worst of the season. Ivy almost dying? Dixon afraid Teddy is going to rape him on the beach? Bringing the teacher back for what the third time? We care about Liam and his brother? Is the cousin this generations Oliver?

The beach scene with Dixon and Teddy was hilarious.

The timeline of this episode bugged me since it was so screwed up. The Naomi/Silver/Mr Cannon story should have resolved itself before almost every other scene. But they spread it out over the episode so it seemed Cannon held them hostage not only for the night but most of the next day. Also it seems some of the other scenes should have been over the course of two days, not just one. Ivy almost drowning & the surf cometition seemed they shouldn't have been on one day.

Not a fan of goofy over the top Cousin Emily.

Pleasantly surprised with this episode. I was expecting to see a really corny storyline with the spiritual retreat, but I thought it was quite entertaining. I really enjoyed Adrianna's speech in the sweat lounge.

Loved the meltdown from Silver and Naomi earlier in the episode finally calling out Adrianna for being a "Vain Self Absorbed bitch"

at the Psycho Single White Female storyline with Cousin Emily. I thought it was funny when she started talking shit about Annie during the sweat lounge.

I agree with the above poster that this episode was definitely a pleasant surprise. When the show isn't going overboard on the crazy storylines, there are some really interesting character moments to be found. I was honestly shocked that I didn't entirely hate Aidrana this episode - a first for the entire season.

The sequence of Mathews stuck in the pantry was hilarious!

It is crazy how much the new cousin looks like Kelly Taylor.

I kept thinking the same thing every time she was on the screen.

I just noticed something. There is only 8 episodes left after tonight. The show is going to run out of episodes by early April if they don't add anymore repeat weeks or more episodes.

I think they will in late Feb to mid-April. CW is so random.
