Psych - 8/8/8
Okay. I'll admit that Psych is a guilty pleasure of mine...but the latest installment, The Greatest Adventure In The History Of Basic Cable, made me love the series and Steven Weber even more.
I always loved Weber in the show Wings, and hell, even the Shining remake, but the way he mimicked Shawn Spencer's mannerisms, way of speaking and demeanor just made me love this episode.
On that note, did anyone else watch it? Thoughts?

I love Psych. Not a guilty pleasure for me (just a pleasure), and thought this episode was great. Very funny and fast and it had so many great movie references. I really hope Steven Weber comes back to this role. I even liked how he had the longer hair just like he did on Wings.
I can't believe we're probably already now more than half way through the first half of the season.

I liked this episode a lot, too. Steven Weber was great, and I always like it when Henry is around. Some small-but-nice Shawn-Juliet moments like the note he passed her and her showing concern for him during the interrogation.

This was a fantastic episode. A very busy plot and lots of Shawn using his abilities. I still want to know how he was able to see through the two-way mirror, though.

Chief: "All right Mr Spencer, let me be frank..."
Shawn: "As long as I can be Dean and Gus can be Sammy..."
Gus: "Why do I have to be Sammy?"
Shawn: "Fine. He's Sammy, that makes you Joey Bishop. Is that what you really want? You want to be Joey Bishop?"
Jules: "Shawn?"
Shawn: "I'm sorry Jules... how often does someone set you up with 'Let me be Frank'?"
I love this show... especially the "You smell nice" part on the note Shawn left for Jules.

Hey, if they generate enough ad revenue to stay on the air, power to 'em.
At least they're more subtle nowadays, as opposed to George Burns and Gracie Allen sucking Carnation's ass...

I loved the "Let me be Frank" exchange. Thanks for posting that portion script, since I intend to use if someone every gives me the setup. I almost thought he was going to make a "Don't call me Shirley" reference, though.
Watching this episode made me miss Wings. I never noticed how similar Shawn and Brian (from Wings) were.
