What shows do you watch in the premium channels?
HBO, CineMax, The Movie Channel, Showtime, and Starz/Encore (missed any?).

You missed Starz. And this should've been a poll
I'll watch all of them from time to time.

Do you mean currently running, or ever?

Entourage, Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Buy Weeds seasons as they're released...
You realize that most of the channels you're talking about (aside from HBO and Showtime) don't host original programming, right?

Isn't Crash the series supposed to premiere on Starz this fall? I would love to watch that, but I don't really like Starz and shelling out $13 bucks a month for it as out of the question.

I don't get any premium channels. I canceled HBO when they canceled John From Cincinnati.

I cancelled HBO after In Treatment, John Adams and Bill Maher ended. I will re-subscribe when Maher comes back in August, or maybe in July for that Generation Kill mini-series.
I have Showtime (currently free) to watch Weeds and Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Will also watch Dexter, L-Word, and Californication when they return.
I definitely watch more shows on Showtime now than HBO.

Currently I'm watching Penn and Teller and some show about hookers that my wife thinks I'm watching with her because I'm in tune with "women's issues" (or some shit) but I'm really watching because I want to see Billie Piper nekkid.

I don't have any premium channels.
But I've watched these on DVD: (all shows completed or current in my collection, unless otherwise noted)
HBO
Band of Brothers
Carnivale
The Comeback
Flight of the Conchords
The Larry Sanders Show (I've got season one, but not the "best of" stuff)
Mr. Show
Sex and the City
Six Feet Under
Sopranos (only seasons 1-3)
The Wire
Showtime
Californication
Dead Like Me
The L-Word
Masters of Horror
Penn & Teller: Bullshit! (only seasons 1 and 2)
Weeds
And I'd love to see It's Garry Shandling's Show released on DVD sometime, too.

HBO: Curb Your Enthusiasm
Showtime: Weeds
Everything else has sadly ended and/or I own on DVD.
I'm very close to getting rid of all my preminum channels, actually.

Entourage and Curb Your Enthusiasm. I wanted to get in to Deadwood when it was on, but never got the chance.
I don't subscribe to Showtime but I've seen and enjoyed both Weeds and Dexter.
