I know he's gone on to direct and some music stuff, but as far as an actor goes I thought he would become bigger than he is.

He was great in Jeremiah, just a casualty of a canceled show.

Personally, I think he tried to hard to break out of the stereotype of the Theo character. Whenever he appeared on another show, he looked completely different and it was more of a jolt than seeing a guy trying something new. He should have moved more gradually to the stuff he wanted to do and I think he might have pulled a lot of the Cosby crowd with him.

He would've been big if he hadnt turned down the lethal weapon role alongside Gary Coleman.

I never thought much of him as an actor when I watched him on the Cosby Show as a kid. However, seeing him on Jeremiah was a revelation - I thought he was the best actor on the show. It's truly a shame that he didn't seem to get more opportunities of that quality.

Now if only season 2 of Jeremiah would come out;(

Naw, I don't think he the presence or voice for a leading man.

Kadeem Hardison, from the sister show "A Different World", thats another story. He has consistently worked, but not broken through and I find that a bit surprising.

No - after the first few seasons, the Theo character was pretty bland.

Why are you guys acting like Malcolm & Eddie never happened? Not to mention his work on The Magic Schoolbus!

Good topic, at the time yes, he seemed like the most talented out of all the cosby kids. Then again none of them really did much with their career. Tempest had a horrible talk show. Lisa Bonet did some nude scenes in some horrible movies and divorced Lenny Kravitz. Rudy "sweet feet" huxtable showed up in a rap video half naked a year or two ago. The older sister dont count. Neither does Rudy Jr. The Cosby show pretty much killed everyone's career. Phylicia Rashad did the voice for the cartoon Little Bill other than that, nothing. Bill Cosby has been nothing since the Cosby show. He created Little Bill, other than that from where he was prior to the cosby show, doing movies, doing cartoons, doing standup, to basically retired

I've seen him pop up on The Closer. He ain't dead yet.

Raven Simone although not an original core player seems to have become the breakout star.

I see him around DC alot. He is ALWAYS very cordial to people who approach him. We sat next to him at a bar once, said hello briefly and left him alone with his friend the rest of the night. When we went to pay the bill, we found he had covered it already. Nice guy.
