If Alex is Ben and Rousseau's now deceased daughter, how did Rousseau not know who it was she captured in the net (Henry Gale aka Ben Linus)?

I doubt she knew Ben was the leader of the Others, otherwise she would've mentioned it.
I've never the seen the characters on this show withhold vital pieces of information from each other before.
