I am so glad Michael didn't try "fluffy fingers". I think it would have pushed Michaels character too far into silliness. In fact, the only bad thing about the episode was in me waiting for him to try it with Stanley. When Michael asked for them to be alone I just knew it was going to happen and was cringing (and not for the good reasons this show usually makes me cringe). When he told Stanely that he couldn't talk to him that way because he was the boss... I don't know if I've ever been more impressed with the writers.

Kevin given the explanation of Stanley and Michael fighting was great! Sounds like a good friend of mine that can't be witty to save is life.
This is scary similar to something that happened in my office years ago. Everything minus the cement has happened to me at one time or another.
In fact I had a boss (who will remain nameless) ask me once about gangs because he was fearful that his son had fallen in with the wrong crowd:
"Kevin, you have black friends, can you tell me about gangs"?
Not willing to pass this moment up I played along:
"Well, there is the Bloods...that means you have to cut your arm and bleed to get in. And the Crypts...you know that show Six Feet Under...it is that only worse. And do you really want to know about the Latin Kings and what they call a pinata game"?
The look on this guy's face was priceless. And then to hear him repeat this back to a co-work from LA...it made it all worth it.

Im thinking the office spinoff has forced the writers to come up with storylines to write some characters off. Seems like Jan, Toby and Stanley are all people that could possibly not be on the show next season, Definitely Jan, that whole dinner party episode was a way to write her off.
I like the jabs Pam was given last night. Not as funny episode as the last couple, but decent.
Michael butchering Dangerfield was pretty good. Good performance by him throughout.

Also, Angela's totally lame Mad-Lib (and Andy's fake laughter) really made me laugh.
Yeah, that was a great scene. The first time we Pam with the glasses, I remarked to a friend how hot I thought she was. Then a little later that scene came up and my friend said, "You're Kevin!"
At least I'm not that creepy with my little fetish.

It looks like Michael was right all this time about Toby being a complete jerk; first he tries to escalate crap between Michael and Stanley (was I the only one who thought Stanley was justified in getting mad at Michael for constantly stereotyping him?) and then the whole Jim/Ryan deal.
I can hardly wait for Michael's shenanigans regarding the events taking place in the finale.

By the way, the real owner of Andy's Xterra SE is auctioning it off on ebay as a way for the buyer to obtain a piece of Office memorabilia. There a link to the ebay auction through the link below, or below. ALso included is:
- A script of the episode “Did I Stutter” autographed by the entire cast of “The Office”.
- Actual sides used during filming. These sides were found in my glove box as I drove home from work that night. (NOTE: ‘sides’ are shrunken copies of pages in the script that actors use to rehearse their lines for the day)
- Actual ‘prop’ ad that Dwight uses in the show. And some props that were on the car at the time of filming. (i.e.; stickers)
