Really enjoyed it and liked the partner of the week concept.

Even though BTAS is my favorite Batman series, I think there's definitely room for other interpretations.

wow. Well, there's always the Spider-man cartoon on WB.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by this. I wasn't expecting much (I'm a fan of BTAS, and I hated "The Batman" and Teen Titans), but it was decent.

Aside from the fact that the writers can't seem to write/draw teens that don't look/sound like they came out of the early 90s, and it being aimed at kids it was pretty decent. Bader actually did a decent job on the voice, it's a fun show. Not great, not terrible.

I like the retro style of the animation. I'm certainly not the target audience, which is obviously why there's a lot of things I don't like, but it's entertaining enough to keep watching. I'm certainly looking forward to all the "guest heroes" we'll be seeing.

was entertaining. certainly not up to par with the past 3 batman cartoons, but i like the lighter tone of it. i do agree Bader is a weird choice for Batman's voice.

Forcing your kid to watch the old Batman while telling him he can't watch the new one would be a great way to ensure his interest in the new show.

I liked it enough. Is that guy doing batman the same guy the does Spike on Cowboy Bebop or maybe I am thinking of the new wolverine cartoon. I watched them both this morning and might be getting my voice actors mixed up.

I didn't realize this came on. I just watched the trailer, and this looks like a lot of fun.

Right, because Batman doesn't exist. Having this strong of a reaction to a show aimed at children seems a little silly. BTAS was awesome, but everything doesn't have to be that.

Right, so having watched the first episode now I can say I really enjoyed this show. It's over the top and completely ridiculous, but also very fun. This isn't the second coming of JLU, but taken on its own merits, this seems like a cool little show. I loved the little blobs calling Batman side-kick. I didn't plan on watching this because I thought it was aimed at really young kids, like just past toddler age, but turns out it's just an adventure show aimed at kids. I can get with that. I did the psuedo-retro feel.

Also, the Batman voice completely works for me.

No, it's Drew Carey's buddy, Diedrich "Two chicks at the same time" Bader.

Just caught it on DVR and LOVED it. Reminded me of JLU, one of my all-time fave cartoons.

Got a kick out of the alien blobs (like when they were getting booted over the ship's railing by the bed guys) and some of Batman's asides during Beetle's speech ("They don't have knees.")

Line of the show: "Ren Faire represent!" by Beetle when Green Arrow first appeared on Beetle's TV.

Silly, but a lot of fun packed into those 20 or so minutes. Can't wait for the Deadman appearance.

Yeah, this show has a lot of heart. I loved how the ep showed Batman... going to bat... for Plastic Man, and taking responsibility for him. I don't remember if the original Plastic man cartoon ever showed the he was originally a criminal.

I liked that Batman mentioned sticking up for Plastic Man to the League. Seeing them could be a good season finale.

I was prepared to hate this as I've never really enjoyed the Dick Sprang style Batman, but I really enjoyed the first two episodes. Can't wait until Guy Gardener shows up!

I liked the Plastic Man one. Didn't see the one with the Blue Beetle, but I'm a big Ted Kord fan, so it probably would have bugged me.

Who's up next? Green Arrow?

The New BB is pretty cool and he's the same new guy in the comics. I was kinda surprised they used him but I'm glad they did. He's young and still learning but he's fast becoming a trusted hero among the "big guns" and the 1st ep showed this.

Green Arrow was in the 1st part of ep 1 but I'm sure he'll show up again.

Well, I'd like to see the real Hal Jordan on one of these.

Actually, I'd like to see Hal and Ollie in one. That would be nice.

yeah that would be cool. I know in the opening credits they do show Guy Gardner. The way the show plays as far as mentioning other heroes and hero teams anything is possible.

Maybe you should start up one of those online petitions to bring back Kevin Conroy. Isn't that the right avenue to whine on the internet?

How many episodes are planned for season one ? Are there plans for any other DC superhero to have his own animated show?

Producer James Tucker mention they have an order for 26 episodes.

No plans for other DC heroes getting their own show.

Wonder Woman is getting for own Direct-to-DVD movie. Comes out March 9th, 2009.
After that Green Lantern-Hal Jordan is getting his own animated movie.

So did everyone like Aquaman ? It goes without saying that Black Manta was cool.
