Best scifi villians from TV series?

Of all the many scifi TV series, which is the one villian that has always stood out?

To me, I have to say The Daleks. They have always been my favorite villains.

Reavers from Firefly.

Just the idea of them from the series and the hints they dropped. I don't like their origin story from the movie, though. It ruined the mystery for me.
