So you thought the biggest clue to the flashback was when they actually revealed that it was a flashback? good work! I obviously meant the moment right before the big reveal, in the waiting room, not the moment they revealed it wasn't Sun, which was the reveal you are referring to. Even at at that, there are still people that don't think it was a flashback. |
Oh... nevermind...

As soon as he mentioned the ambassador, and that he had a gift from Mr. Paik, it was obvious it was a flashback. |
How could Nikki be on Suns' tv if this was a flash forward? Didnt Nikkie die on the island?

Somebody on another board also mentioned the court-room comment a few episodes ago that "Kate had the most recognized face in America", or something to that effect. Perhaps Cassidy* sees Kate on TV and thats how the writers bring the Kate-Sawyer-Cassidy story together. *Remember Cassidy was Sawyer's pre-island love interest and mother to his child. She also helped Kate pre-island to meet up with her mother while on the run. |
i don't think this has been brought up but i just watched this again and noticed that hurley when talking to sun at the very end blows out smoke

Promos on this show are useless. |
Why would Aaron being one of the Oceanic 6 piss so many people off? The fact that he is alive and was obviousy rescued with the other 5 makes anything OTHER than him being part of the 6 stupid. Unless Kate hid him under her jacket during the rescue. Sorry if this is an old argument (because there seems to be some serious emotions involved) but I don't tend to read the Lost threads.
Also, someone mentioned someone wearing a hoodie and how cool it was to see them. What was all that about? I didn't notice anyone in a hoodie. |

here is a gif i made of the smoke, could be just somethin wrong with that shot but i dunno:
http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s...stl/smokie.gif the way hurley said "gooood" was a lil weird i thought the first time i watched it. |
Looking at that over and over again, I don't think that's smoke. It looks like an apparition appears from out of Hugo's head then goes back. You can kind of make out a profile on the right and and ear maybe. Could be a Walt sighting.
No, wait. I see Jesus in there! :D |
of course promos are useless! does no one remember the promo for the jack tattoo episode? "some of LOST's biggest answers will be revealed!"
and we just learned nwhere his tattoo came from. lame |

Oh ok, thanks. I was thinking Expose was one of those tabloid magazine shows. I forgot it was a series. Shows how much I paid attention to Nikki. :) |

Lens flare. I give people credit for trying though.

1. they are shooting inside in a controlled situation (ie: no sun to create flares). 2. the object continues to move even after the camera is basically still. I was thinking it could be a reflection of a member of the camera crew like the operator but there's nothing there for him to reflect onto! No glass. I'm calling in now. That's Walt's image intentionally put there by the producers. |
Or maybe the room was really cold?

The "smoke" doesn't appear until Hurley's head is no longer taking up the entire top-right corner of the frame. It's a lighting error, nothing more.
|
I can't see anything there to be honest.
|
it appears just like smoke right when he starts opening his mouth.
i've seen every episode twice and never noticed a glare or lens flare before. i doubt they would leave one that bad in there. |
There's no smoke. This is the only board talking about this. And believe me, we rank WAY WAY down on the LOST geekdom scale.
