Damn that Kate! Violating her parole! She better stay on the island next time.

Great episode. The reveals at the end of the last two episodes is really building up the circumstances of the 6(7?) leaving the island. Do you guys think the end of the series will revolve around the oceanic six get off the island or something that happens after Jack's flashforward in Through the Looking Glass?

In other words, nothing on this show can be that far fetched. |
I want to know if we will see Richard and the other "others" this season. Now that Cane has been canceled, and filming of the final 5 episodes starting very soon (still writing), they could squeeze Richard back in...

I missed something, why does Jack not want to accept Kate and the baby as a package deal?
|
Has this been the furthest flash-forward so far time-wise? When does the bearded Jack "we have to go back" take place.... before tonight's flash forward or after?

I would say this flash was sooner, because I would figure Kate would need to deal with legal problems a soon as she was home, and she was free in the bearded episode... |

Jack feels uncomfortable around Kate and baby aaron maybe because of the way Kate got the baby. I think Jack doesn't like how Kate got aaron because something bad happens. either way, kate is a person that can never be trusted. I didn't like this new angle with aaron being with kate because it throws desmond' visions out the window. dez had charlie sacrifice himself because he said claire and the baby get off the island. this show is getting frustrating. this episode opened up MORE worms. not enough questions being answered. who is the guy that wants Ben? for every 1 answer we get 12 more questions.

I didnt read the first 3 pages of this post so something may have been said already, but didnt we learn that Jack's father is also Claires which would make the baby his nephew? Or did i totally dream that?
|
They played this whole episode up like Kate was mad at Sawyer for not wanting her baby so I was totally surprised by the Aaron reveal at the end. Plus, with Jack not wanting to see Kate's kid I was thinking again it was Sawyer's but he was still on the island. Even when I first see the kid and it has blond hair, I say to myself, "Sawyer's the dad."
Yeah, because why wouldn't Jack want to see his own nephew? After it sinks in a bit and I come here and read some thoughts I start thinking further that maybe something happened on the island to Claire AND the baby and this really is Kate and Sawyer's child whom they've named Aaron after Claire's son. Welcome to theory central. :D |

By the way, Kate getting off on all those other laws she broke was a little hard to believe. |

Remember that Claire almost died when Ben triggered the implant in her and Juliet had to give her a shot to help her? Maybe Ben turns that on again or it's triggered when she tries to leave the island and there's no one to help her this time.

Anybody have thoughts on the scene where Daniel tries to guess the playing card sequence?
