Not much more to say about it other than what I said.

The remaining two members of the Oceanic Six are:

Spoiler:
Sun and Jin

Does anyone know if we will get a flash forward of other people? Perhaps while they are still on the island in the future?

It's not rocket science. He wasn't on the plane. He was born on the Island.

Oceanic 6 - Hence they were on Oceanic flight 815.

Josh is correct on the remaining two.

But why would he be "slumming" now? With the Oceanic settlement, he should be living well at that point.

Why would Michael have a settlement? He's not one of the Oceanic 6.

There's also no guarantee that he ever returns to America from the island, even if he were to come back to attempt a rescue. We have no idea if he's alive or dead in present day.

Well that's a technicality. It could go either way. Even en utero he survived the crash and I'm sure the media would surmise as much. Whether or not it is Claire's Aaron or Kate had a kid after the rescue is another matter.

Not sure if Josh has some inside track on the two he posted, but the more I think about it the more I doubt Ben is masquerading as a survivor. There's certainly groundwork being laid for
Spoiler:
Sun wanting to deliver her baby in a hospital. Naturally Jin would go with her. As bad as the other survivors want off the island, would they all give up there ticket off for a pregnant lady?

As for Michael 'slumming' it. He couldn't keep a job before the crash. Assuming he actually made it back, what makes you think he could do so now? Then toss in that the island could be torturing him like the O6, I doubt he could stay focused on work.

Jacob in the box. I like that idea. For some reason I think Michael as #1 then someone we don't know at #2. I'm just not getting that Ben vibe everyone else has. That just smacks of, what they want you to think before they throw the curveball, to me.

Here's a simple question: Was Aaron on the Oceanic 815 Flight Manifest? If he wasn't, he wasn't a passenger.

The main reason I don't think it can be Jacob is that I don't believe he's a real person, not in the sense of "flesh and blood". Not alot of humans that can transport a cabin anywhere they want to and do what Jacob did when Ben was in the cabin.

I think that "Jacob" is as much a manifestation of the island as the black smoke.

Why/when does survior equate to passenger manifest? "He" (not trying to debate meaning of life), survived the crash (she could have had lost the baby) and was found/returned to the real world. /devilsadvocate

I hear you, but from a legal standpoint, he isn't a passenger (just as he wasn't a "life" at the time - prenatal and all) and therefore not entitled to any settlement.

Exactly. Simply put, he was on the plane and survived the crash. The problem is that for it to appear as Kate's kid she would have had to be pregnant before the plane took off. Come on, you don't think the media would eat that up? Pregnant woman survives crash, delivers baby on deserted island and survives?

Time differential or not, I think that is a little detail the federal marshal and his team would have known.

I truly think it is Claire's Aaron. They made a point of showing Kate having a glass of wine with Sawyer. Hello... clue! So I doubt she was pregger's with Sawyer's kid and was just keeping it from him.

Then you (like me) are also arguing that it cannot be him in the coffin?

Why wouldn't Michael also get the money? Did he not go down with Oceanic 815 too? The settlement has nothing to do with how anyone got off the island but who survived the crash. If he came forward, he'd have the settlement.

There's a pretty obvious reason why Michael may not come forward: he doesn't want anyone to know the things he's done on the island. I don't think anyone on the Oceanic Six, even if he rescues them, will forgive him for the things he did.

Well there is a secondary reason. Walt. Walt appears to be a target. Why would he want to alert the world to their whereabouts? Might as well just hand Ben the keys to the door where they are staying.

So does Daniel have the same powers as Walt?

Mike, that's more like obvious reason #2! But we can agree he has reasons not to come forward (death included).

I still think that Daniel's issues stem from memory problems and not physic abilities.

Just read some major spoilers about Season 5 and Season 6. Not sure how to qualify them, but read at your own risk:

Spoiler:

Season 5 will be about why the Oceanic 6 need to get back to the island. Season 6 is about what happens when they get back.

Sounds about right given the pacing of this season.

Not that I think that he goes back to the U.S., but isn't Bernard the only New Yorker on the island? He could be the one in the coffin. Doubtful, but it's one possibility.

Since Damon and Carlton are the only two that know where the show is going I highly doubt they posted what's planned on the internet.

If it is Michael in the coffin, then why is Jack sad about it and more importantly why did he go to the funeral? Is it because he got them off the island via the freighter?

Also I think Kate and Claire are the same person ala Fight Club.
Think about it, you never see Kate and Claire in the same scene with someone else talking to both of them alternately...

Actually, don't think too hard about it.

More importantly, why would Jack commit suicide or think of committing suicide because of his death? Perhaps Michael redeems himself and even sacrifices Walt's safety for the survival of the Oceanic 6?
