There was a show on television, don't know if was a weekly series, or a "special", but it was a "Wizard of Oz" animated show sometime in the mid to late 60's. Does anyone else remember this or know what the exact title is? It's definitely not the "Journey Back to Oz" cartoon from 1974. No, this definitely was in the 60's. I was just a little kid but remember it vaguely. Anyone?

Tales of the Wizard of Oz might be what you're thinking of, it was from 1961.

But, the one I remember The Wizard of Oz was, at one point, played on HBO.

TimeWarner's Kids On Demand channel has been running the "Tales of the Wizard of Oz" show for some time (along with Dick Tracy, Lassie, & a few others).
